Make up wipes don't really clean your skin. They smear around whatever makeup, dirt, and dead skin is hanging out on your face, leaving a trail of irritated skin in their wake. Make up wipes can cause irritation due to preservatives that prevent micro-organisms from contaminating the wipes. (There are loads of preservatives in wipes - that’s why they never go moldy) In some, that includes formaldehyde-releasing chemicals, solubilizers, surfactant...s, and emulsifiers. 🤢
