Last week we had a visit from Yeovil Colleges Transport & Logistics Academy. The students had a tour of the depot, took part in some group activities and learnt how to drive a coach. These pictures were provided by Dave Hiett from our Driving Academy, who took the students for some training.

It was a pleasure to take 2nd Staplegrove Brownies for their weekend away at PGL. We've just brought them home and dropped a group of very tired, very happy little girls back to their parents.

Went on a trip to London over Christmas and the journey was excellent!! The bus was on time, the driver was chatty and sociable, the personel was very professional but the same time was very personal, the bus was very clean and the seats were comfortable. Had the option of some snacks and a nice hot cup of tea on the journey there and back. Would definately use again!!

We've been to London twice with Berry's Coaches (excellent both times), so we decided to go on the Harry Potter day trip yesterday. What a fantastic day out. The coach was dead on time throughout, and the hour's stop in Windsor on the way up was a lovely bonus - my daughter and I had an impromptu picnic in the park. We had four hours for the tour, which was exactly the right amount of time. And our drivers Ady and Tim were very helpful and amusing throughout. Highly recommended. My 10-year-old said going to Harry Potter was the best day of her life!

We were booked onto the 18:15 service leaving Hammersmith last evening (25th May). Due to an incident outside the bus station the coach was unable to enter the bus station on time. Well done to Jan who walked from the coach to greet us & tell us what was going on. The coach left 20 minutes later than planned. Due to the volume of traffic on the motorway & A303, we didn't get to Ilchester until approximately 10pm. However, the driver & Jan handled both situations with calmness & humour😀, thank you.

We came back to Gatwick from Iceland today (geography field trip from Richard Huish College) and Mick and Steve came to pick us up in ridiculous driving conditions. They were our saviours and we cannot thank them enough. Thank you Berry’s.

Terry was simply amazing picking us up from our School trip at lunch time today. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to help staff and children. Thanks for going that extra mile, 'Terry from Berry's!' 😀

I was traveling to London-Glastonbury from Miami Beach and was so immensely grateful for the kindness of the lady working on the bus and the driver. I missed the first bus that I had reserved due to not enough time from the plane to get to the station and they let me on another bus at no extra charge. Then this kind soul went out of her way to call me a taxi to make sure I could get to my final destination along with being very caring and helpful along the ride. The driver also went out of his way to make sure that the taxi knew the best route to take. Super grateful that my first experience to the UK was so warm and welcoming.

I use this service regularly to travel between Yeovil and London, it is much cheaper than the train and more direct too. I always receive a fantastic service and have never once been disappointed. Highly recommended travel service that always provides a comfortable journey.

I have travelled on Berry's coaches for years. London superfast from Taunton and back again. In fact, sitting on one now on my way home. Always a great service, very comfortable with excellent couriers and drivers. I wouldn't travel any other way x

I have been travelling with Berrys for years and have never had anything except excellent service. Today I rang the Taunton office to book 2 seats and asked several questions. The first lady I spoke to answered the phone in a very cheery manner and was very helpful. I rang back a little later to confirm when I would be returning and the second lady I spoke to was equally helpful and pleasant to talk to. Just wanted to say thankyou to these ladies as an earlier encounter with a shop assistant was met with a glum manner and little eye contact .

I dont think I am a relation to anyone within the company. But wanted to say how much I have really enjoyed travelling to Frome and back this weekend. Top service. Thankyou

I accidentally left my phone on the coach this morning. When I rang the office panicking, they were extremely helpful and professional and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm it had been found. They then put it on the bus I was coming back on ready for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you!

Have used Berrys Coaches for many years and have always had excellent service. Used their special offer last week - 2 people travel to London for £25 and had complimentary drinks both ways. The girls on the phone when booking are always so cheerful and the driver and courier were really pleasant.

Have travelled a few times recently, top notch customer service and only £25 day return to London, always will return due to fantastic customer service from all involved, special thanks to the courier on my coach on monday Tiverton-Hammersmith, booked to come back on the 19:00 dep from hammersmith but finished business in London early and no trouble to come back on the 15:00, i think the couriers name was jill? if you could pass my thanks on that would be much appreciated.

Good morning! Before time goes by anymore I thought I had better message you to say what a fantastic person your driver Jamie is .

We went on the emmerdale studio tour in November and was lucky enough to have Jamie as our driver.at any stop point he had my mums walking aid ready for her, helped her down the coach steps.. not been on a coach ever and been looked after by anyone like this. Goes a long way such kindness and friendliness. Please pass on our thanks, I know everybody who was on the coach ( small group) felt the same .. merry Christmas Jamie and to all the staff at berrys.. fabulous company!!

Fantastic service. Coach arrived on time. Driver and couriers were very polite on the way up and way back. Free drinks on way up and back with special offer. Would definitely travel again.

Berrys Coaches, you had a huge role in the early part of my relationship with my partner Andy. He lived in London, I lived in Taunton. We both spent the first 2 years, going up & back on the Superfast �, to see each other most weekends. Superb, friendly service, every time �.

I caught a glimpse (from where I work) of one of your coaches going down the Euston Road at around 4pm-ish, on Tuesday 10th April 2018. Our 10th year anniversary to the day. It put a very big smile on my face.

Berry's Coaches is the most AWESOME coach company in the universe bar none. Not only can you get a return to London from Bridgwater for £25 (that's £50 less than the train normally) but there are free wifi and charge points as well. And then on top of that, I booked the return ticket then had to change plans and re-book. Terms clearly said the tickets were non-transferable but when I mentioned it on the bus - Lisa said Hey - give head office a shout they may be able to help - so I got them on Facebook - and guess what - they gave me a full refund on the second ticket I bought - Wicked!!!



I know how I'm travelling to London in future! - One thing that would make it even better - if that were actually possible - would be a return bus from London in the morning for people who stay over and want to come back the next day - or even for those London folk who want to experience the heady delights of Bridgwater Town!

A great service! Always use Berrys coaches to get to London � only improvement would be better coffee ...� but the service is brill and a great price ..awesome!
