Great fitting session with @sarahthompson_pt, at always amazes the riders how a small adjustment makes a huge difference in feel. Here you can see a 4cm reduction in bar width, relaxing the shoulders & allowing for a longer stem. #bikefityeovil

Video footage of the horrendous RTC late last year, accidents happen and I get that but this was far worse!! Luckily all members survived the impact.
Then a couple of days ago another close friend was cycling back from West Bay after a cheeky ice cream and was knocked off his bike from behind too. I spend a lot of time on the road and I see so many close passes with cyclist, how much time they actually saving 😡, stay safe and watch out for each other.
