As some of you may be aware, new data protection legislation (GDPR) comes into effect at the end of May. We're currently in the process of updating our data storage and email addresses in order to remain compliant. Once GDPR comes into effect our old emails will be retired. You can already begin using our new email addresses, so please update your contacts. We've also added some new emails to help ensure your requests get to the right person.

We will be raising money for Children in Need this week by wearing pyjamas to nursery on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The children will be asked to donate £1 (for the 3days) for wearing their pjs into nursery. We will also hold a cake sale on Friday, so any contributions would be very gratefully received.

Just a few photos of our lovely little chicks as they are developing. As you know we will be looking for homes for them when they're grown enough.... Please talk to Daryn, Zoe or the supervisor if you think you could take care of some.

The nursery will be closed from tonight until Wednesday 3rd September. Then normal term hours are in operation. Please DO NOT bring your child to nursery on Monday or Tuesday as there will be no one there. Thank You. Jacquie

Thank you everyone for coming to Brambles Sports Day. It was such a success! 74 x 2, 3 and just 4 year old children took part and not too many tears or tantrums. I think overall they did brilliantly. The staff need a big round of applause for all the hard work they've put in with practices etc. DVDs are available, but strictly on an order and pay first basis. See you all on Thursday from 2.00 for the Family Fun Day. Jacquie. xx

From Tuesday 15th we will be having Teddy Bears picnics morning and afternoon every day, so send your child in with their favourite cuddly toy...CLEARLY marked with the child's name. We will provide the food etc. They will still need their normal packed lunch. Friday 18th at 9.15 will be a special one to thank Ana our Qualified Teacher who has been a big help to us. It's not a goodbye to her as we really hope she'll still come back to see us. (Also she and we would get really upset!) She has been an absolutely brilliant inspiration to us and the children. If you would like to join us for a short celebration, please bring your child in by 9.15. It's a secret from Ana should you see her!

Absolutely the final change for Sports day.....it's Tuesday 22nd at 1.30! I hope everyone can make it, if not...I'm really really sorry. lol x
