Totally in love with your Fish Soup!! Hubby really enjoyed his Cheese Soufflé and Sirloin Steak. The service was just perfect and everything is so squeaky clean. Can’t wait for the next visit!

The other half and I were bought one of those afternoon tea ‘experiences’. I might be showing my age, but it was much better than paint balling! Really delicious selections of sandwiches, scones, cakes all washed down with tea, coffee and a glass of bubbly. Well worth a visit if you have an hour to kill one afternoon in Bath.

Thank you to 'Safe' (apologies if I have got the spelling incorrect) and the team at Brasserie Blanc Bath for looking after my hen party on Saturday night. The private Dining Room worked really well for us, the bubbles were constantly flowing and all the pictures after dinner !! Thanks again...great place...great guys !! xx

Only ate in for breakfast while staying at the Francis Hotel but it was very nice! Food was good, & the decor was pretty but cozy. Wish we were in town longer as we’d have liked to have had dinner here as well.

Great service, just right amount of attention from staff. Very nice meal and able to utilise 50% off voucher which made it very reasonable. Will definitely return in the future

Beautiful building, lovely,(but a bit noisy) restaurant and first class, attentive but not overly, friendly staff and first class food. No problems, no complaints, what more could we ask for. Certainly recommend.

Visiting for the weekend with a friend we had booked a table for breakfast to see what BB delivers. Having had previous experience of the dinner service at another BB restaurant local to me, I had an idea what to expect and while first impressions were good they were sadly let down shortly later. We attended earlier this morning for the 10:30 reservation and were warmly greeted by Sasha, whom then guided us to our table and was happy to accommodate our request for a window table, as there was one available at the time. Sasha showed us the menu and explained the service before taking our tea and coffee order. We decided to explore the continental buffet first which had a good spread of cereals, meats, cheese, fruit, and cooked breakfast items as well as fresh juice. Unfortunately the attendance of Sasha and the other waitress on duty, Jody, was hampered by a challenging group of hotel guests, in addition to making sure tables were cleared and ready for additional walk-ins as well as the coming lunch service. As a result our tea and coffee wasn't kept topped up as often as I've come to expect or experience from my own hospitality service, but Jody saw to this quickly when asked. However having sampled the buffet we decided to order Eggs Royale as our main order which Sasha promptly took and entered into the system to be prepared. This seemed to be when the service completely unravelled, as we waited 20mins but our order was never delivered. I had to bring this to the waitresses attention whom chased this with the kitchen, and it became apparent the ticket had been lost causing the delay. It only took 5mins for the kitchen to finally prep and serve the order, but the damage had been done by this point and I felt needed to be addressed by the supervisor on duty. We were generously compensated for the error and offered our breakfast on the house, far more than I was expecting and we were certainly grateful for the gesture. I would still recommend visiting this brasserie as the decor is light, open and traditionally decorated with a modern twist. Sasha and Jody are still two of the nicest waitresses I've experienced in 10 years working in bars and restaurants myself, and do not fault them at all. Not all systems are flawless as I've come to experience and it was flattering to have a potentially poor experience to be dealt with in such a professional manner.

Celebrated my birthday at Brasserie Blanc with a friend. I had been to the restaurant for lunch several months ago and the food did not disappoint. I had mussels then fillet steak. Delicious. The only negative is that the service charge is already added to the bill which I think is presumptuous as this should be decreasionary.

When B.B. threw out the white tablecloths and formal service to pursue the casual dining pound they lost any distinguishing features: in same category now as Cafe Rouge and Zizzi and slightly behind Côte. The set lunch starter of mackerel pate was fine though you could crack your teeth on the 3 slices of toasted pain but the steak and frittes was disappointing. Small thin bit of steak was ok but came with burnt fries that looked like what McDonalds might clear out of frier at night. When I mentioned this we brought some nicer fresh chips but why not with the meal? And the accompanying salad was a few mixed leaves with no dressing and nothing offered (there was oil on table but nothing else.) If you’re going to do something this simple don’t mess it up. The glass of Pinot Noir was pleasant but at over £8 for a 175cl glass outrageously priced.

Disappointed! Not great food, expensive for what we ate and really only average!
