Love the all you can eat breakfast they do. Plenty of choice. Had an evening meal there last night. It was very busy being just before Christmas but the wait wasn't to long. Food was fine and no problems with our order

Brilliant service tonight for my nieces wedding party,20 plus meals all served on time and lovely and hot,great staff all friendly especially to Dan and Ian thanks for a great meal and great service,We will be back thank you ����

Went on the off chance we would get a table as busy sat morning. Seated straight away near the playzone as we requested. Food arrived quickly, hot and tasty. Table service was good and very polite/helpful. All in all, an experience we have no complaints about whatsoever. I know these places are sometimes hit and miss, ours was a hit so only fair I pass on my positive experience. Thanks

Well I’ve had some really bad experiences here but credit where credit is due the food I’ve just had was very good, we had a burger from the Burger Collection wasn’t expecting as described but spot on, will be back.

Went on monday nite for my dads birthday bar man was lovely great service and as for the food

my ribs were cooked to perfection

My daughter had rump steak cooked medium rare was lovely

My stepmum had steak which was cooked perfectly to

And my dad had burger pie which was sadly not the best the burger was dry and he didnt like it very much and pudding was amazing its very rare we eat here but was ok

I visited today with my twins aged 3. I can not fault the staff, service or food! But visiting the toilets and put my hands under the taps.. and the water was boiling HOT!! So I ended up not washing my two little ones hands.

HOT water is not very good idea.. specially as some children that take themselves. Could easily get burnt. Took a while for the feeling of my hands to go back to normal!

We are a family of four and we were so glad to discover a restaurant with an indoor play area in Taunton. This would be perfect as all parents of 3 and 6 year old know, we could eat in peace and quiet while the kids are playing. We were very impressed with the indoor play area and the service was of a reasonable standard. The main reason for the 2 stars is the quality of the food. I had a cheese and mushroom burger which I could not eat. It was cooked so dry that it was not possible to eat it. The kids food (fish fingers) was so dry and tasteless that we ended up just giving my son the cucumbers and carrots. I did mention that it was the worse burger I have ever had, when I was asked, but did not really get the idea that they cared much. This is a restaurant first you would think, but I got the idea that they are getting away with the low quality food, because they have the indoor facilities. It's a real shame, because if they back their facilities up with good food, we would spend more time there for sure.

Ordered the Tenessee steak which is described as having a 'glaze' of jack daniels sauce, sweet potato fries, crispy onions and coleslaw. What I got was a chewy steak swimming in a pool of sauce, balls of greasy batter with a thread of onion in one or two of them! Was refused a different meal but offered a fresh one. It came back with burnt fries, more greasy batter balls and my 'medium' steak was blue! Swimming in blood rather than sauce this time! Pretty sure they hire anyone as a chef. Wont be going back �

Went in with a party of 10, 3 adults 7 kids. Was told as soon as we walked in there wasn't any space ( very rudely) and that the whole pub was booked up for a large party, even though there were tables available that wernt reserved. But we decided to take the kids in the play area bit as its my nieces 7th birthday and that was what she wanted to do, we found a table in there so decided to order food. The food took over an hour to arrive and that was only for 4 people, so we continued to wait for the rest of the food, in the end we had to go and ask staff where the rest of the food was by this time the first 4 served had finished, it took over an hour and a half to get the food for the rest of us, in the mean time the woman who was short with light brown hair with a yellow name tag strap around her neck ( didn't get her name) who told us there wasn't room kept giving us horrible looks. We also overheard another staff member tell some customer to sit where ever they liked. The food wasn't great, most was cold and no one in our group ate all of there food. the kids area was dirty, sticky, with plates left on the tables from previous customers. The kids enjoyed playing but that was the only good thing about the place. Very dissapointed in customer service, food and hygiene of the place!! Won't be going again.

Went in on Sunday 6th August 4 adults 2 three years olds, I've eaten in Brewers Farye all over the country this is the worst one I have ever been in. When the food came to the table it looked like it had been cooked the night before and most of it was cold. After complaining most was replaced but with objections. While we were eating two other couples walked out because of the poor service and demanded their money back. I for one will never go back into this Brewers Farye, this place needs sorting out by the owners of the company. My score of poor should read disgusting but that's not on the list.

It was absolutely disgusting my cousins meal was boiled pork ribs when she complained the lady manager said she would change the meal but it would come out the same??. She has travelled 3 hours to have lunch with us now this put a dampener on her visit. I have never been treated so badly, and will not be returning

Rubbish! Cavery was poor, loads of staff doing absolutely nothing. Manager rude, paid for a large roast and got a small (never mess with a mans food) sat down and there is a indoor play area which our kids obviously wanted to play in which is ok, but not when you have to pay extra again for it and it’s not cheap! The lady supervisor was dealing with another groups complaint, and just snatched this guys food back and said "u will refund you"! It seems he never got any coleslaw either, this lady need a customer care course!.

I was going to complain but decided it was a waste of time!

Had a tikka curry no taste very bland send it back waitress returns about 1 min later and it still taste awful then you take it back again and they say it won't be replaced because they have already done it once and If I wanted it replaced I would have to pay for another meal. Please don't eat here absolutely horrible food as well as terrible customer service. I will never get another penny of me so it's safe to say that i will never go back here again.

Family of 4 went in here lastnight 28/7/17 and what an absolute waste of money will never eat here again.waited 40 minutes for our food,5yr old received his first then 10 mins later my partner and other sons food arrived and then a further 15 mins later my food arrived and it wasn't what I ordered spoke to a member of staff who was quite rude and said they would reorder my food but would take a further 40 minutes by which time everybody else would have finished theirs so I said not to bother.all food arrived over cooked,dry and tasteless...very very poor

If you want to have a family meal don’t come here bring out one meal and still waiting a further 35mins for the rest for the kids meals got sent back as clearly been sat waiting to be taken out for a long time! Can’t even cook their food properly, to the extent the burgers were rock solid and charcoal! Two upset hungry and now tired children! And the adult meals weren’t a good standard either, first of all the steaks were not cooked properly and the rest of the food was cold - and now waiting for desserts for a ridiculous amount of time! Wanted a quick family meal 2 and half hours later! As for the customer service that’s a different story.

Rubbish! Cavery was poor, loads of staff doing absolutely nothing. Manager rude, paid for a large roast and got a small (never mess with a mans food) sat down and there is a indoor play area which our kids obviously wanted to play in which is ok, but not when you have to pay extra again for it and it’s not cheap! Toby cavery is so much better value and so much better quality then this place.

Long waits, you don't get all the food you should, no onion rings, no coleslaw, alternative was baked beans?? If you asked!

The lady supervisor was dealing with another groups complaint, and just snatched this guys food back and said "u will refund you"! It seems he never got any coleslaw either, this lady need a customer care course!.

I was going to complain but decided it was a waste of time!

Had a tikka curry no taste very bland send it back waitress returns about 1 min later and it still taste awful then you take it back again and they say it won't be replaced because they have already done it once and If I wanted it replaced I would have to pay for another meal. Please don't eat here absolutely horrible food as well as terrible customer service. I will never get another penny of me so it's safe to say that i will never go back here again.

Family of 4 went in here lastnight 28/7/17 and what an absolute waste of money will never eat here again.waited 40 minutes for our food,5yr old received his first then 10 mins later my partner and other sons food arrived and then a further 15 mins later my food arrived and it wasn't what I ordered spoke to a member of staff who was quite rude and said they would reorder my food but would take a further 40 minutes by which time everybody else would have finished theirs so I said not to bother.all food arrived over cooked,dry and tasteless...very very poor

If you want to have a family meal don’t come here bring out one meal and still waiting a further 35mins for the rest for the kids meals got sent back as clearly been sat waiting to be taken out for a long time! Can’t even cook their food properly, to the extent the burgers were rock solid and charcoal! Two upset hungry and now tired children! And the adult meals weren’t a good standard either, first of all the steaks were not cooked properly and the rest of the food was cold - and now waiting for desserts for a ridiculous amount of time! Wanted a quick family meal 2 and half hours later! As for the customer service that’s a different story.

Love the all you can eat breakfast they do. Plenty of choice. Had an evening meal there last night. It was very busy being just before Christmas but the wait wasn't to long. Food was fine and no problems with our order

Brilliant service tonight for my nieces wedding party,20 plus meals all served on time and lovely and hot,great staff all friendly especially to Dan and Ian thanks for a great meal and great service,We will be back thank you ����

Went on the off chance we would get a table as busy sat morning. Seated straight away near the playzone as we requested. Food arrived quickly, hot and tasty. Table service was good and very polite/helpful. All in all, an experience we have no complaints about whatsoever. I know these places are sometimes hit and miss, ours was a hit so only fair I pass on my positive experience. Thanks

Well I’ve had some really bad experiences here but credit where credit is due the food I’ve just had was very good, we had a burger from the Burger Collection wasn’t expecting as described but spot on, will be back.

Went on monday nite for my dads birthday bar man was lovely great service and as for the food

my ribs were cooked to perfection

My daughter had rump steak cooked medium rare was lovely

And my dad had burger pie which was sadly not the best the burger was dry and he didnt like it very much and pudding was amazing its very rare we eat here but was ok

I visited today with my twins aged 3. I can not fault the staff, service or food! But visiting the toilets and put my hands under the taps.. and the water was boiling HOT!! So I ended up not washing my two little ones hands.

HOT water is not very good idea.. specially as some children that take themselves. Could easily get burnt. Took a while for the feeling of my hands to go back to normal!

We are a family of four and we were so glad to discover a restaurant with an indoor play area in Taunton. This would be perfect as all parents of 3 and 6 year old know, we could eat in peace and quiet while the kids are playing. We were very impressed with the indoor play area and the service was of a reasonable standard. The main reason for the 2 stars is the quality of the food. I had a cheese and mushroom burger which I could not eat. It was cooked so dry that it was not possible to eat it. The kids food (fish fingers) was so dry and tasteless that we ended up just giving my son the cucumbers and carrots. I did mention that it was the worse burger I have ever had, when I was asked, but did not really get the idea that they cared much. This is a restaurant first you would think, but I got the idea that they are getting away with the low quality food, because they have the indoor facilities. It's a real shame, because if they back their facilities up with good food, we would spend more time there for sure.

Ordered the Tenessee steak which is described as having a 'glaze' of jack daniels sauce, sweet potato fries, crispy onions and coleslaw. What I got was a chewy steak swimming in a pool of sauce, balls of greasy batter with a thread of onion in one or two of them! Was refused a different meal but offered a fresh one. It came back with burnt fries, more greasy batter balls and my 'medium' steak was blue! Swimming in blood rather than sauce this time! Pretty sure they hire anyone as a chef. Wont be going back �

Went in with a party of 10, 3 adults 7 kids. Was told as soon as we walked in there wasn't any space ( very rudely) and that the whole pub was booked up for a large party, even though there were tables available that wernt reserved. But we decided to take the kids in the play area bit as its my nieces 7th birthday and that was what she wanted to do, we found a table in there so decided to order food. The food took over an hour to arrive and that was only for 4 people, so we continued to wait for the rest of the food, in the end we had to go and ask staff where the rest of the food was by this time the first 4 served had finished, it took over an hour and a half to get the food for the rest of us, in the mean time the woman who was short with light brown hair with a yellow name tag strap around her neck ( didn't get her name) who told us there wasn't room kept giving us horrible looks. We also overheard another staff member tell some customer to sit where ever they liked. The food wasn't great, most was cold and no one in our group ate all of there food. the kids area was dirty, sticky, with plates left on the tables from previous customers. The kids enjoyed playing but that was the only good thing about the place. Very dissapointed in customer service, food and hygiene of the place!! Won't be going again.

Went in on Sunday 6th August 4 adults 2 three years olds, I've eaten in Brewers Farye all over the country this is the worst one I have ever been in. When the food came to the table it looked like it had been cooked the night before and most of it was cold. After complaining most was replaced but with objections. While we were eating two other couples walked out because of the poor service and demanded their money back. I for one will never go back into this Brewers Farye, this place needs sorting out by the owners of the company. My score of poor should read disgusting but that's not on the list.

We waited for 1 hour 25 mins and then my meal didn't come. It was absolutely disgusting my cousins meal was boiled pork ribs when she complained the lady manager said she would change the meal but it would come out the same??. She has travelled 3 hours to have lunch with us now this put a dampener on her visit. I have never been treated so badly, and will not be returning
