We booked for a party of 30 for a birthday meal and play for 2 of my children and also my nephews birthdays. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. Shown to the area we were to be sitting. Very satisfied as it was a sort of sectioned off area also with a cctv screen of the play area which was fab for us being able to see the children on screen in between going back and forth. We gave three birthday cakes to one of the waitresses and when we were ready three waitresses carried the cakes out with candles lit singing along to happy birthday. Over all it was a very positive afternoon we stayed for near enough four hours. Nothing was to much trouble and the food was lovely also!! Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon
My little one loves this place and all the girls in the fun factory are amazing and always helpful x
Came here yesterday for food with the family for my sons birthday and have to say all our meals were lovely, the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the play area wasn’t too busy. Shame the same couldn’t have been said for customers, one minute the ladies toilets were lovely and clean and the next they were smeared in faeces causing the staff to have to shut the toilets until they could clean them (maybe a cleaner should be employed through the day as staff handling food and drink shouldn’t have to clean the toilets too), also a family that arrived had glasses for *FREE WATER* yet continued to send all their children up to fill them with the unlimited pop which was obviously not paid for, these children were mixing different flavours drinking some then pouring them away before coming up for more meaning that they were wasting drinks that they hadn’t even paid for in the first place. Maybe when people feel like moaning at the prices it’s because places like this have to cover their losses. We’ve never had any issues with Brewsters and have always had a lovely time when visiting.
We had reserved table for my daughters 2nd birthday meal. As we arrived we were met and greeted by who I assume was the manager, he did run through a few food items that were unavailable which I was disappointed there were no jacket potatoes as their my safe food on the menu but despite this there were plenty of other low calorie meals I could eat on slimming world. we were shown to our table which was right in front of the play area, ideal for watching our birthday princess play with her friends. The lady Lowri who was in the fun factory was amazing really stood out and even offered advice when it came to choosing our sw friendly meals. The meals were really nice and another lovely member of staff who stood out was Nikki service with a smile and made sure our meals and everything were ok very pleasant lady. There was a mistake where a member of our party had ordered his own meal and his mum also did but this was quickly rectified by the manager. I wouldn't hesitate to eat at this establishment again.
Thank you all to who was involved in making my daughters birthday enjoyable. xx
We come here alot for the children, great place for them to play and eat. Great value for money. A bit disappointed yesterday with one lady working there. We asked if we could move to be closer to the children's area and I was told no as it was reserved. I then said there's no sign and she informed me that both tables were just didn't have anymore reserved signs only enough to put on the one which was seperated from the big table. Yet on our table our reserved sign was printed out, so surely another could have been printed out. Anyway, the whole time we was there an hour and half, that table which was "reserved" was empty. Nobody had came. Seems to me there was a booking later on that day, and she couldn't be bothered to clear the table before the reserved party arrived if we had moved there. Very selfish in my opinion.
Just had a delicious vegan burger today, absolutely scrumptious. So 4* for now as it was a damn tasty burger but would bump it upto 5* for an option for dessert. There are no vegan options at the mo and I'm a simple gal so even a vegan apple crumble would suit me
When there for my grandsons birthday, 15 of us most of us had chicken had to send mine back and my sister did it was so dry I couldn't swallow it , my daughter had children as well but by the time she messed it up trying to get the most bits she felt to ashamed to send it back , I won't be returning as the food was disappointed
Service and the girls in play area are wonderful great place for kids to play .Food cold And not the best please get your food better and it will be just the best 👍
Service and staff are brilliant, pitty the food ain't as described in the menu. Smothered chicken, smothered in BBQ sauce and topped with bacon and cheese, and what do you get? a thin layer of bbq sauce hiding under the slice of melted cheese.
The menu should read as "glazed with bbq sauce, and thats only under the cheese".
over a month ago we after a good 6 months of putting up with it ,complain about the broken toilet seat in the DISABLED toilet ,now this doesn't have to be an expensive fix ,and they said it was up to their parent company and nothing that they could do themselves ,this is just a poor cop out ,the manager should just use part of the takings ,use his initiative and get it done and fight his case afterwards especially as it is his customers comfort that they are dealing with ,
for gods sake just sort it
We was a party of 13 arrived at 4.15 of 18th dec last person was served food at 5.55 we couldn't all eat together half of us had finished our food before the other half had any ... We was left waiting to long ... the one year old who's party it was was served last after crying for half an hour wouldn't recommend them to no one especially a big party ... It wasn't acceptable in my eyes ....
The food is absolutely shocking. Chips were disgusting..and I think it's an absolute disgrace that you have to pay £3.00 for the kids to play even if you are eating there. And for what it all was was expensive. I'd rather go to dragons den and pay £1.99 for 2 hours play and the food is edible it's 10 times the size too
Finished my starter at 18.05 had to tell the waitress that I was still waiting for my main at 18.45 she brought it to me 10 minutes later and it was cold I couldn't eat it when I complained the manageress was really quite rude when she offered me a refund for a meal that through no fault of mine was terrible
Average at best. On the plus side there is a dominoes over the road.
oVer priced and understaffed, cheaper and better value for money to eat at kfc across the road, takes advantage of hard working single families-£20+ for food, drink and entry for one adult anf one child, its as if your trying to discourage custom, one hour wait for substandard food, filthy restaurant and poor mangament as always, brewers fayre you're a disgrace, all u care aboyt is profit which doesnt actually go to your minimum wage staff,I will not be coming here again!
Shocking!!!! They tried to convince me that the pork on my plate was chicken, it should have been chicken skewers, that is what it said on the menu, but it was pork and when I told them I knew the difference between the teo meats the woman said it was chicken because she saw the box. So not only was it not chicken it wasn't even fresh.
Shocking food. Wife ordered a fish pie we waited for that and the rest of our food to made, waited a while and when they came out the fish pie was still frozen! I complained and not once was we apologised to, by the time a 'cooked' fish pie out we had all finished our food
Sat on window cil got all white gloss over my brand new trousers that I payed £70 for spoke to manager and he said all I can give you is a free pint there no signs to say paint may be wet or sticky not happy at all
Just walked in at 19.08 to read a sign on the door stating that we have until 19.45 to order food. Left at 19.12 as a very rude member of staff shouted at us, if we want to order food we would have to do it now as they had to close.
This was more than 35 minutes before you advertised you were last food orders were being taken.
