Busy, busy baking! Kitchen smells quite delicious! Also watch out for me in the new edition of Mum's Diary!
Two days of baking start tomorrow morning in preparation for my stall at a great family event this Sunday at Windmill Hill City Farm! Cupcakes will include Rolo, Oreo, Spiced Pumpkin, Spooky Gingerbread, Chocolate Orange, Chupa Chup, Vanilla Latte, Hedgerow Autumn Berry to name but a few......
I will be having the cake stall at the Apple Day Farmers' Market at Windmill Hill City Farm on Sunday 21st October from Midday until 7:00 p.m. There will be lots of delicious cakes for adults and children, autumn and Hallowe'en themed......
My brand new autumn & winter range of cupcakes will be on sale next Sunday at Tyntesfield in Wraxall at the Made in North Somerset event from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.....
Flavours on offer today are traditional vanilla, blueberry, after eight, peppermint poppets, lemon & ginger, lime & coconut, honey & lavender, coffee & walnut, cherry bakewell, and lots for the kids including dolly mixtures, smarties and maltesers!

If you are in or around Weston this Saturday, please support the Weston Hospicecare Big Cream Tea, which I am running as Bridget Scones, at Coco's Deli, Big Lamp Corner from 10:00 a.m. until Noon. Lots of yummy home made scones in different flavours!
St Paul's Church, Kewstoke, are holding a Tower & Tea event on Saturday 28th July. You will have a chance to climb the church tower and have a cream tea! Scones made by Bridget!
On Saturday 28th July from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon I am hosting The Big Cream Tea for Weston Hospice. This date is the day after the 12th anniversary of my Dad's death, and the Hospice helped him a lot. It will be held at Coco's Deli on Big Lamp Corner in Weston-super-Mare..... Please come down and show your support. Scones will be home made by Bridget Scones and Clare at Coco's serves amazing tea, coffee and hot chocolate!
