Well what can we say.... Fantastic, Amazing, Brilliant...... So here is our story!!

It was our Dad's 70th Birthday and we wanted to give him an extra special present a memory he could keep and share. My sister had said that Dad had always wanted to go to the Northern Lights so we began our search.... there were hundereds of trips and we didnt really know where to begin. Living in England I wanted someone from 'back home' to help organise the trip and I remembered Briege McAuley. Within a few hours of speaking with Briege and telling her what we were looking for I had several options infront of me. Briege had been to Iceland herself and knew exaclty what trips to book for my parents, however as it was a surprise she firstly booked the hotel and flights and waited until my father knew before arranging a visit to their home to go through everything in great detail with them, taking time to care for their needs and giving them exactly what they wanted. Mum and Dad got back from Iceland last week and havent stopped talking about the trip since.... everything was perfect they said, and without Briege we wouldnt have been able to organise such a trip in the way that suited them perfectly. Thank you Briege for making the trip so special and being a fantastic person to work with. We booked our recent honeymoon through Briege and we received an exceptional service from start to finish!! The hotels that were chosen for us were specifically tailored to what we wanted to get out of the holiday. We visited Las Vegas, Cancun and finished with a Caribbean cruise and Briege made all of the transfers and travel stress free with small touches that she added along the way. We booked our honeymoon with Briege. Briege gave us a number of great options all backed up by previous customers experience. The research that went into organising a detailed safari trip to Kenya followed by a week in Zanzibar was obvious. Everything was meticulously planned and allowed for us to have a care free honeymoon. We have used Briege for other holidays too as the service you get is exceptional as well as the personal touch! My wife and I first got in touch with Briege through 2 of our best friends after she had organised their entire honeymoon for them. This was a few months before our own wedding and we were keen to book a once in a lifetime trip, which is exactly what Briege delivered for us!



From flight bookings, boarding passes, luggage tags, hotel reviews, sightseeing, activities, transfers and transport, Briege took care of absolutely everything, leaving us time to plan the wedding and simply look forward to the holiday! Through all of her hard work, we got to spend 2 weeks sightseeing across Australia, followed by a relaxing week in a (beyond) Luxury hotel in Bali, Indo. The prices were all excellent and we still can't believe that Briege does all of this work for just a small deposit!!



One of the best things for us about the whole experience is that once the holiday is booked and you're underway, Briege continues to provide an outstanding service by tracking your holiday as you go! From phoning ahead to hotels to confirm arrival times (in-case of delays) to be available at any time should you run into any issues, we were able to sit back and relax knowing that no problem would be too small to sort out!



We've already recommended Briege's travel service to loads of our family and friends and if we could give a rating of more than 5 out of 5, we definitely would!!

Just back from a very last minute holiday to Tenerife that Briege organised for us. Neither of us had been away for 7 years and our travel experience was limited so the prospect of booking a holiday was very scary for me as I had no idea what to do, where to go or who to go to! I simply gave her a ring and within a matter of a few hours she had responded with an email of our options- places that we hadn't even considered or thought could be in our budget! We went on to book our holiday with her and we had the best time. Briege is fantastic and so understanding of exactly what you're looking for in a holiday- she found us a fab hotel with great food and in the best location we could of asked for! She took away all the hassle and stress and kindly delivered our travel documents to our door so all I had to worry about was packing my suitcase! She booked great flight times, seats on the plane and our transfers and found us a great all inclusive deal. I would recommend this lady to anyone!

I could go on and on and on about how delighted David and I were after we returned from our honeymoon on the Bahamas. Briege had everything organised to a 'T'. To your text messages when we arrived at our destinations & making sure everything was ok, you are so caring & considerate! Even upgrading our flight & getting us access to the Club lounge while waiting on our connecting flight! What more could anyone ask for?? Briege planned our amazing honeymoon to Hong Kong and Thailand. She planned every detail and got us upgrades we would never have got anywhere else! Itinerary organised to perfection which made it completely hassle free for us! Awesome travel counsellor xx

Briege organised our honeymoon for us which we went on in May this year. From our first very vague idea that we wanted to go to South Africa and do a safari she managed to create the trip of a lifetime which we will never forget! It required minimum effort from us as Briege did everything, the hardest part for us was choosing between all the amazing options she was able to show us! The whole trip was seamless as she had thought of everything, one small example was organising a lady to meet us at Johannesburg airport to guide us through immigration to our connecting flight, it was a big help and totally stress free! Every hotel/location we stayed at (there were 4 in the space of 2 weeks) Briege had got in touch with them before our arrival and let them know we were on honeymoon and in every single place we were upgraded and given champagne, we were given special treatment everywhere and we loved it! There are so many things she did for us and personal touches which I am certain were above and beyond her actual job and it made all the difference to our special holiday. I genuinely can't recommend Briege enough and have been telling all our friends and family that she is the person to go to if you are organising a trip, she was recommended to us by friends and we are very grateful she was able to help us. We will definitely be using her services again and are looking forward to our next trip!
