Another satisfied client! Also known as my husband!!! Lol He woke up this morning with a sore shoulder so he asked for his favourite pain relief! REFLEXOLOGY!!!! ūüíĖūüĎ£

John, my husband to-be says he LOVES reflexology and he swears by it for pain relief! He's always pulling muscles and says because I am able to pin point which muscle it is he has pulled and work directly on it, the pain is eased and sometimes even taken away completely!!!! I have just commented on a Health Digest post on foot reflexology. Can I just add there is a process to it and only works when the whole foot is worked on! Not recommended for people that don't know how to do it! And giving yourself reflexology does not work as well as a trained professional giving you a treatment! Also if anybody reads this Health Digest post they will think that by simply giving an area of their foot a quick rub will cure them! Not so! Reflexology is a cumulative treatment ! It angers me that these Digest people seem to think that reflexology is just a bit of fun! Ancient Egyptians used it to stay healthy along with many other ancient people's!! Just thought I'd comment on this!ūüėä
