Went to the Mash today for Sunday lunch. I have to say that we were very impressed. There was a choice of meat and a generous portion. (turkey, beef, pork and ham) with a good selection of veg. It was well presented in the serving area for you to help yourself. It was hot and have to say it was tasty especially the roast potatoes (they were fresh not the frozen type). If this is the standard that we can expect this season I would happily visit it more often and recommend to my fellow owners. Well done to our new complex manager Matt and Team

We had a great night, it's a shame the team didn't get to enjoy the night with us all. Thanks for all hard work that was put into the evening. It's a shame it all didn't go too plan, but I think it's harsh for people to get personal and judge the team on one night when they work really hard all year.

We had a great night with great friends. Just because a few things didn’t go to plan it’s too harsh to make personal comments about members of staff. Without Matt there would be no entertainment worth seeing he’s a credit to Haven. To all the staff involved thank you for all your hard work it’s well appreciated by your loyal owners �

Site fees paid today - so another year of fun at Burnham. Our 3rd season and the best so far thanks to Matt and the owners team

Roll on Friday for 4 nights at this great place. And the bouns is The Showbar is open with entertainment for 3 nights. Well done Haven and the Funstars for adding extra nights for the kids!!!

Love it here. We leave on Sundays and even before we get home can't wait for Fridays to come back down again. Its the best thing we could have done to buy a van here. The friends we have made is amazing. Can't wait for retirement to spend more time here. Shirley and Steve parfitt

Would like to thank the Burnham team for the very enjoyable summer ball. Yes there were a few hiccups - but catering for a fair few hundred people from a big top off site - was never gonna be plain sailing. But the whole night.....entertainment, drinks, food & atmosphere was amazing and all for just £10!!!!!!! This was our first big owners event & we will definitely be booking more �� hats off to all of you

We had a great night , the staff worked very hard to cater for 400 plus people ( which is not easy ) all this for £10 and I’ve heard people moaning about it ???? Not sure what there used to for £10 , well done guys for your hard work �

Losing all love for it. So many issues with the Owners Lounge and no matter when I bring forward my opinion it's always met with some comment to justify themselves. One very frustrated owner!!!!

I’m a little disappointed as a owner to come back this year and to see the owners lounge with still the same old frayed tub chairs and no modernisation and no entertainment for younger children. I was hoping after paying £8,000 ground fees things would have changed. Dissatisfied owner.

Very disappointed!! Came down Friday morning 10.30 only to find out we had a water leek rang up at 11 , no one came till 4.30 so we had no water all day and couldn't use the toilet .when he tried to fix it we ended up with water seeking from all taps and shower in the bathroom and little toilet also the boiler so no heating. He left at 8 only doing a temporary fix , then this morning we found the sink in the kitchen was leaking and our carpet is soaking wet, again we reported and decided to go out only to arrive back at 4 and still no one had come to look at it , 4.30 they have arrived .I can honestly say it's spoilt our weekend . As owners we are very disapointed .

Summer ball 2018 what a absolute pissing joke ! the person who organised this needs bloody shooting and band from this line of work ! Entertainment was shit food well haw the hell do you run out of food for people and not tall us till 11pm then have the cheek to say we got pizza on the way bloody cheese an tomato couldn’t Evan be bothered to get descant pizza again bars went dry after 2-3hours the hole thing was a complete fuck up fuming is a understatement the owners who was effected need compensating a refund and a load of excuses don’t justify it haven sort it out ! Especially as owners pay thousands a year and this is haw you treat them disgusting!!
