Would like to thank the Go Air team for making our daughter's birthday so special. From the time we stepped through the door until we left they were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to Katie and Gill for all their hard work. Lovely to see 30 children having an absolute ball 😀. Thanks again.

Took my son her with 6 friends today for his birthday they had a fab time . Id personally like to thank the young girl with glasses that works there I didn’t catch her name . She went above and beyond for us and go air management are very lucky to have such a great member of staff working for there team . Will definitely be returning x

My two children are obsessed with this place!

Always clean , always hygienic light airy and fun with great areas for me and my family to Chill and wait and watch the children ! Great exercise too and a lovely cafe for snacks can’t recommend enough!

My 6 year old son absolutely loves coming here. He has gained the confidence to go on the trampolines on his own as well. It is well worth the money for an hours jumping around plus there's a lovely seating area and cafeteria to watch over them.

It’s always a good night at Dj night but I have to say last night the go crew excelled themselves. I had booked for 8 children.All of them had a very fun night bouncing, playing games and having a laugh with all the staff. Even my little niece who at 1 years couldn’t bounce (yet)loved the ride on toy that the manager very kindly got out for her.

I cannot recommend this place enough. A massive thank you to all of the staff today for throwing my son Mali a birthday party. It was pretty last minute but they made it all happen for him! A big shout out especially to the lovely Beth who looked after us all afternoon, she couldn’t do enough for us. The value for money was excellent and all of the parents were impressed! The pizza and slushes went down a treat and I highly recommend the VIP party package to anyone. Thanks again!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Tool my son today for his second birthday as a little treat and he loved it. The toddler session is awsome, he had so much fun. And the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back many more times �

From my 10years old. He enjoys the air bag and doing front flips on it, he loves the wall climber where you bounce on your back, back and fore that is really fun. The floor is lava is a good game. I have only ever come away with a happy child and worn out child, which is great 😂

Brought my 2 sons and 4 friends here last Friday 12th,they had a fantastic time 2 of the youngsters working were very friendly and kind to all the boys and tried helping them in the walking the wall trampoline (with not much luck �) they had a ball. We will definitely be returning ��

Absolutely AWESOME place. You guys are always amazing with our (NAS Swansea) closed autism only sessions. Always super friendly and helpful staff also incredible and understanding with the kids from all parts of the spectrum. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Anthony (NAS Swansea branch chair)

Although the after school deal is a good deal, we booked this last week and when we took the food tickets to the desk we were told there was limited supplies left and only 1 sandwich option left for the snack boxes, we were then told to ‘hurry up’ as they were running out of hotdogs? not very professional at all and the ‘limited’ supplies isn’t great either

I recently took six children to Go Air for my sons birthday. However I was disappointed when I asked if I could take my ten month old crawling baby into the small section for a 5 minute go and was told yes, as long as I paid the full £6 toddler price. I queried this as I thought it was a little steep for a small baby and got a blank stare and a 'that's the rules' response. Most places like this are free for under ones and the service wasn't exactly great considering I'd just spent a fortune for 6 kids already. In future I'd recommend going to Limitless instead who have a free soft play area for babies.

Attended with my 2 year old and 9 month and had to pay £6 for both my toddler and my 9 month old. £6 Is expensive for a toddler anyway who let's face it won't use the trampolines for very long... but to have to pay for a baby who isn't standing or walking is absolutely disgraceful!! What exactly was the baby getting out of the experience to be paying £6. Nothing much there for toddlers at all! Including the purchase of socks for my daughter and drinks, we spent over £20 and was there for less than an hour. I feel ripped off!

Wanted to charge me £22 to take my two children for what turned out to be half hour in the toddler session on sat morning...(arrived just before 10 for the hour long session but service very slow and have to watch a video before entering which would leave us with only half hour) .. way over priced and not worth the money. I’ll stick to the £6 toddler sessions which include food in limitless and has a soft play area �

Took my children here a few times and they loved it but unfortunately it was spoilt on my visit recently as I was unaware that the toddler sessions were no longer running during the week & so left my 2 year old and 5 year old devastated as they loved the big trampolines and get really bored in the baby area. I think that better advertising is needed! Also I was informed by member of staff if it’s quiet then we will be told and can go in the big area. However I was turned down even though there was no more than 4 other kids there !!

My friend and I decided to visit go air instead of limitless for a change. We had 5 children with us, they enjoyed so much we decided to pay for another hour for them. In total we spent £85. Half an hour before leaving, we asked if we could buy 1/2 a jug of squash as only 2 of the children needed a drink, we had already bought 1 jug. The lady who served us was so friendly and accommodating, she said she would be happy to do this, as she could see it would be pointless to buy a whole jug for it to be wasted, but the manager who was a young girl with dark hair, was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow it. She was very unapproachable, and unfriendly. Considering the amount of money we spent there, for 2 hours, it wasn’t about the money for the drinks, we just didn’t see he point in buying it to just waste it. And the managers attitude was unnecessary. Food and drink is way overpriced, 2 hot chocolates and a jug of cheap, weak squash was £9! We’ll go to limitless next time!

If I could give this place a 0star I would! Only one person on the counter taking payment off people and there was 2 staff just talking on the end and looking on the internet! We got the children here at 10.50 and they didn’t get to jump until 11.15 due to the time it took to get seen. Absolute joke. The 2 girls on the end was just chatting and having a joke and looking at the queue which had loads of parents and child’s waiting. It’s a school holiday and only one person on the counter and then one person on the food and drink section. If you plan on bringing your children on a school holiday if recommend bringing them in 45 mins early as they have no idea how to run things properly here!

Blasting music on Saturday evening 7-8pm open bounce. Ridiculously loud (there are approximately 15 children here) parents wincing because of the noise ! Staff couldn't hear me trying to order a coffee!! Complained to the manager but nothing was done, disappointed. Apparently it couldn't be turned down �.
