James cleaning leaded windows with a health and safety approved water fed pole system. Many customers wonder if the pole system is safe to use on leaded windows? The bristles on our brushes are soft and the water is at low pressure, we apply only gentle pressure on the window to agitate dirt and then rinse. In our experience we have never cracked, broken or dislodged a leaded window using this method. However when a leaded window is particularly delicate or is prone to leaking we are able to use traditional cleaning methods.
