Sometimes we are asked to look at situations that seem impossible to come back from. in this case the rented property had had its fair share of pet accidents over the years. The initial thought was to replace the flooring at higher costs to the client. It was obvious upon inspection that the urine in this carpet had penetrated the underlay through to the sub floor.
