Client can now sleep. After 2 Sciatica remedial massage treatments he is free from pain enough to not be kept awake at night any more. £35 per session. Often follow ups are £30. Night time is beautiful when you can sleep in peace.

A quick hello and some sports massage on legs

Wonderful experience and looking forward to returning for another massage. As I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis my knees and now legs are very painful. I contacted Aideen and she explained the benefits of massage and different types of massage that could help. After just one session I felt better and relief from pain although still painful but better than before. Thoroughly recommend Aideen.

Woke up one morning with terrible pain in the rear of my shoulder, found it hard just to drive to aideen but what a fantastic job that was done,very nice person and easy to have a good chat.walked out after an hour with no pain at all and still remains the same� thankyou for a fantastic job see you soon�

Visited Aideen today for a sports massage, discussed what treatment I was after, a maintenance massage as I do a lot of running and have increased my weekly mileage and want to prevent injury. She knew exactly what I needed, the massage was great, loads of knots unknotted. Friendly and chatty throughout, thoroughly recommend!

This lady is a gem, after many terrible experiences which caused me further injury which may have been deliberate to bring me back and pay higher charges, Aideen was a breath of fresh air, like that aunty you never had, solving all your muscle and back problems in just a few sessions and i paid half as much not mention the chit chat haha that eS the best part, get in there while you can, i had to wait for a cancellation, people getting in to loosen up and feel good for the holidsy/party season. ����������

Suffered extreme sciatic pain. Went to Cascade for four sessions over a period of weeks. Sessions intensive, Aideen is extremely competent and knowledgeable in her range of treatment. The sciatic pain has almost disappeared thank goodness. Excellent treatment, well worth the money. Thank you Aideen

I went to Aideen at Cascades having had difficulties and trouble with my mid to lower back for 3 months, brought on by work and exercise. I had no luck from physio therapy at the hospital and I required pain killers to help when moving and doing day to day jobs. 2 sessions later and Aideen has helped me be pain free and I can move again!! For anyone having this kind of trouble I really recommend cascades!!

I was extremely happy with Aideen the therapist - always starts with questions regarding my health and if I have any new problems. Does an excellent job attending my needs. Aideen is very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend - a deep tissue massage, is of an exceptional quality!!

I took my son to Aideen due to him having pain in both shins when doing any sort of running, as he plays rugby week in week out it was important to correct whatever was causing the pain ASAP. The pain was so bad he was having to stop after just ten minutes of training.

On the first visit Aideen discussed probable causes and a planned course of action before working on his shins and calf muscles.

That week the pain was considerably less but still there which was expected.

Following a second visit a week later and some more deep tissue work by Aideen all the pain had gone!!

Three days later my son was able to complete a full hour and half rugby training session and just today played a full game with zero shin pain!



We will now definitely be adding a regular session with Aideen into his training regime as a preventative measure.



I can’t recommend Aideen at Cascades enough for a very knowledgeable and professional service.

Had my first treatment with Aideen, woke up this morning with far less discomfort in my back and leg and also no pins and needles in my foot, which I had suffered for the last few months!. Brilliant start, certainly will be back for a few more treatments! ��

I contacted Aideen through Facebook for my wife who was having awful trouble with her back. She was in constant pain and I could feel myself how rigid her back muscles were. She went to her appointment with Aideen and WOW! Honest to god, she came back home a different woman! She came in through the door and I honestly thought she was drunk she was sooo relaxed; she said she felt amazing! She told me about her session with Aideen which she was so impressed with. Aideen was very knowledgeable about the muscular system and knew exactly where the problems were which were causing my wife's back problems. She's had 2 sessions with her so far and plans to book more in the near future. I am also planning to book a session for lower back pain I am experiencing. Aideen relieved most of my wife's back problems in one session. Aiden was so friendly and made me feel so relaxed I almost forgot what I was there for! I will most definitely be returning to Cascades for another amazing massage.

Had my first session with Cascades today. Always been dubious of people’s claims of the results of deep tissue massage, but WOW! Pain levels, range of movement, flexibility all increased immediately!! Anyone who is spending their time and effort to train needs to incorporate this as a part of their training plan.



Helps that she is so friendly and knowledgeable too. Brilliant!!

Since having sessions with Aideen, I have been moving really well, flexibility has improved, lifting weights really well and hitting new PBs!

I went to Aideen at Cascades having had difficulties and trouble with my mid to lower back for 3 months, brought on by work and exercise. I had no luck from physio therapy at the hospital and I required pain killers to help when moving and doing day to day jobs. 2 sessions later and Aideen has helped me be pain free and I can move again!! For anyone having this kind of trouble I really recommend cascades!!

I was extremely happy with Aideen the therapist - always starts with questions regarding my health and if I have any new problems. Does an excellent job attending my needs. Aideen is very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend - a deep tissue massage, is of an exceptional quality!!

I took my son to Aideen due to him having pain in both shins when doing any sort of running, as he plays rugby week in week out it was important to correct whatever was causing the pain ASAP. The pain was so bad he was having to stop after just ten minutes of training.

On the first visit Aideen discussed probable causes and a planned course of action before working on his shins and calf muscles.

That week the pain was considerably less but still there which was expected.

Following a second visit a week later and some more deep tissue work by Aideen all the pain had gone!!

Three days later my son was able to complete a full hour and half rugby training session and just today played a full game with zero shin pain!



We will now definitely be adding a regular session with Aideen into his training regime as a preventative measure.

I saw Aideen yesterday about issues with my lower back and pain down my leg. I have suffered with the problem at least 10yrs or more! Had my first treatment with Aideen, woke up this morning with far less discomfort in my back and leg and also no pins and needles in my foot, which I had suffered for the last few months!. Brilliant start, certainly will be back for a few more treatments! ��

I had a sports massage with Aideen yesterday and it was marvellous! As a therapist myself I was most impressed with Aideen's range of techniques and knowledge. I highly recommend this lady, my shoulders and neck feel so much better and I have a better range of movement after just one appointment � I will be back! Xx

I contacted Aideen through Facebook for my wife who was having awful trouble with her back. She was in constant pain and I could feel myself how rigid her back muscles were. She went to her appointment with Aideen and WOW! Honest to god, she came back home a different woman! She came in through the door and I honestly thought she was drunk she was sooo relaxed; she said she felt amazing! She told me about her session with Aideen which she was so impressed with. Aideen was very knowledgeable about the muscular system and knew exactly where the problems were which were causing my wife's back problems. She's had 2 sessions with her so far and plans to book more in the near future. I am also planning to book a session for lower back pain I am experiencing. Aideen relieved most of my wife's back problems in one session. I would highly recommend Aideen for any muscular problems you have as Aideen is highly experienced and her sessions are extremely beneficial for muscular problems. Thank you so much Aideen.

Had such a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage this afternoon. I Highly recommend this treatment to anyone who is looking for total relaxation and to de stress. Aiden was so friendly and made me feel so relaxed I almost forgot what I was there for! I will most definitely be returning to Cascades for another amazing massage.

Had my first session with Cascades today. Always been dubious of people’s claims of the results of deep tissue massage, but WOW! Pain levels, range of movement, flexibility all increased immediately!! Anyone who is spending their time and effort to train needs to incorporate this as a part of their training plan.



Helps that she is so friendly and knowledgeable too. Brilliant!!

Both myself and my mother law absolutely loved our sports massage! My mother in law suffered with headaches on a regular occasion and since having a massage with Aideen she had been relived of all tension headaches. Highly recommended and wouldn't go anywhere else

Been going to see Aideen for a short while now with lower body niggles and back stiffness which was really affecting my weight lifting.

Since having sessions with Aideen, I have been moving really well, flexibility has improved, lifting weights really well and hitting new PBs!

Her work is brilliant and she is really easy to talk to and very welcoming!
