Was lucky enough to be competition winner of breakfast and prosecco for two. Full Scottish breakfast, toast, coffee and the all important fizz. Fantastic views, lovely staff and delicious food !!

Was here tonight with my partner for the first time every thing was great.. staff all very friendly and attentive, food was great and it was a bonus getting the window seat as well will definetly be back thank you x

Visited this afternoon with our granddaughters. Everything was really lovely, i can highly recomend this restaurant. My granddaughters loved their sea shell parcel when we were leaving.

Visited "the coast" terday for lunch with friends. marvoules out look great meal. no faults to find service was top class as expected.

This is my husband I favourite place to eat. We loved it before the refurbishment and love it better now. We travel about 45mins to get there but its worth every mile. Just home after a great meal. Staff just couldn't be more helpful and so friendly. Planning our next visit.

Just been to the coast restaurant as a treat for my 60th birthday my big brother recommended the coast restaurant to us it was fantastic food service thanks to all the staff and my brother and sister in law for my gift voucher and there recommend it to use

I was taken to this stunning restaurant Coast as a surprise by my family. I am extremely critical & find fault in most places I visit.......What can I say.....where do I start.......WOW.... From the moment we arrived to our departure I was impressed to say the least with the way we were treated. Looking around at the professional attentive service from all the waiters was exceptional. Our waiter could not do enough for us & believe me he was challenged with the delightful 2 & a half year old tired grumpy little girl we had with us. On our waiters recommendation from the extensive wine list we all had a tasteful glow to our faces �. The food was delicious. We all had different starters, mains & desserts. They were all served at perfect intervals & the food was perfectly hot.

The decor is breathtaking & so very comfortable with a beautiful view.

I asked to speak to the manager to pass on our thanks for a wonderful experience & to inform him that his staff are a credit to him. What a polite friendly gentleman he was & to our utter amazement he had Maddison smiling & laughing.

Well done to all involved for providing my family with memories of a most delightful experience.

Have visited Coast in Langbank for lunch and dinner several times now, it just gets better and better, never disappoints. Food is excellent and the staff and service are really first class always very welcoming and present especially to my toddler. Well done guys.

Food & service were all great. Loved the layout & decor also, on a hot sunny day like today definitely felt like I was on holiday.

Excellent customer services, couldnt have been any more professional. Food was excellent will certainly visit again. This is certainly a place to visit for excellent food �

Visited tonight with my husband. Called mid week to book a table and asked for a window seat and was told first come first serve, which I had no issue with. Arrived at 5.55pm for 6pm booking and asked if a window seat was available. Told no (despite 4 separate tables being free at window). Got placed at (4 person) table and 1 minute later another couple got seated at (4 place) window seat beside us. I later heard a manager greeting some guests and saying I hope you like you table I’ve kept you a window seat!



The food was good and plenty of staff serving. My meal arrived within 2 mins of placing our order (too soon), we’d literally only sat down! Felt a bit rushed as dessert menu placed on table when dinner plates were cleared.

The views were lovely, the food was decent, the servers were helpful but cleanliness was lacking. Next to where we sat the floors were filthy with half bread rolls, straws, dirty napkins, crumpled up kids menus. Twice the table was cleaned but neither waiter bothered with the floor, one even choose to kick the bread roll further under the table! Kinda made me think what are the kitchens like if that's the front of house!

Good location for lunch as handy for all meeting, first visit since change. Expensive for sandwich and small portion of chips - sandwich was one piece of bread halved , or half of 2 slices, felt like they had forgotten other half. Tasty but poor portion for £9! One of those food envy days.

Decided to finally try Coast as it’s literally on my door step. I was so looking forward to it but sadly really disappointed. Myself and my friend went for breakfast and it was swimming in grease, looked thrown on the plate and honestly quite unappealing. The place itself it’s stunning but need to have more attention when serving breakfast. Hasn’t put me off going back as it could have been a one off so let’s hope they get their act together for either lunch or dinner x

Went for my sister's birthday meal. There was 15 of us. Food well was bog standard my steak was severely undercooked told them was sent back to the very same steak back still undercooked. Everything sent out separately and all different times. My cousin had fish with mash and didn't get her mash till we had to ask when her fish was finished my aunt's sandwich that she ordered was covered in sauce which she said no sauce to then be served up a roll with meat from the carvery. Cocktails well I probably could have done better very watery. Think the resutaurt is very over rated and pricey for what you actually are served. Presentation of food was poor also.

Me and my husband went down for a long awaited night out booked a table for 8pm we were early so we had a few drinks before going to our table we were taking to a window table didn’t know this is a big thing but it was nice ordered our meals starters were great we both ordered steak I had to ask for clean knifes mine still had food ingrained on it my husband had a sirloin well done half way through it the blood was running over the plate I had a medium I am sorry but I couldn’t chew it I tried a second piece but no way the waiter came and asked us how our meal was and I told him I couldn’t chew the steak I said I was sorry so many times he asked me what I would like instead so I took scampi then we ordered me another whiskey and lemonade it came with a slice of lemon were has that came from my husband paid the bill and told me only when I was in the car that we paid for the steak that I sent back and the scampi UNBELIEVABLE if I knew I was paying for a steak I couldn’t eat I would have taking it home for my DOG

One of the worst experiences in my life eating out.Fathers day of all days I’m sitting there at my table and all of a sudden I get a milk shake all over me incompetent waiter hardly an apology then I ask what they have spicy � he tells me the Thai curry is really spicy.so 1 hour later my so called curry arrives a piece of chicken on a plate with white stuff in a gravy boat disgusting I sent it back and left .Nice surroundings and views but haven’t got a clue about good food #getagoodchef
