17.15-18.00 - FREEDOM INDOOR CYCLING
17.30-18.00 - HIIT
18.00-19.00 - CARDIO TONE
18.15-19.00 - LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
19.00-20.00 - PILATES
ALL classes would be covered by your Direct Debit membership with us and please call (01792) 797082 to book your space and speak to a Receptionist.

Our Fitness Suite remains open as normal till 21.00 if you wish to get a workout in.
