Yesterday I brought both my mum and mother-in-law to be, to get their outfits for my wedding. Julie was fantastic! I showed her my bridesmaid colour and soon she had the two of them sorted with a dress, fascinator, bag and shoes! We are all delighted and a massive thank you to Julie, she’s a star at her job!

Went to cilento for a outfit for my daughter wedding, at beginning of January the staff were amazing got my outfit but did not have hat I wanted the staff told me they would let me know when it came it there order the hat for me went up to day got an amazing hat and shoes I can not thank the staff enjoy won’t name them as everyone was lovely and very helpful thank you all for your help and made me feel special xx

Walked in browsing for a wedding guest outfit with no idea what I wanted - one of the girl suggested a jumpsuit which looked casual to me but matched it with which style of shoes and bag I should go for to match. I have never felt so confident and I have never been complimented as much on my style as I have at this wedding today. After ordering on line and order not arriving after a week I emailed and messages shop. Instead of taking the easy way out Ryan rang me personally and kept me informed of how he was chasing up order. In this day and age it's hard to beat the personal touch.

I went yesterday to Cilento to look at a dress for my daughter’s wedding.Before I left the house I phoned the shop and asked if they would keep the dress until I arrived.I spoke with a lovely girl who said her name was Julie and told me to drive carefully traveling to the shop and of course she would keep the dress for me.

On arrival I met Julie and she had the dress waiting for me.And although I thought it was lovely it just wasn’t for me.But no problem to Julie as she proceeded to bring outfit after outfit to me to try on.Let me add I’m top heavy so have difficulty getting a dress usually but not with Julie’s help I even got a dress with sleeves as that was what I wanted and a long jacket which nips me in at the waist in my size and a stunning hat to match.Julie never left me and her attention to detail was amazing.She is a genuinely caring individual who cares about her customers and how well they look in their outfits and also if it doesn’t suit she tells you too.When I finally made my decision to take the beautiful Ronald Joyce outfit and hat Julie and I hugged each other as she understood how much I was missing my mum R.I.P.being there with me.She is an absolute beautiful human being and as a sales assistant in Cilento is an asset to your team.I am so happy today with my stunning outfit and hat and I thank Julie for being my Earth Angel yesterday.I will definitely remember Julie on my daughter’s wedding day for making me feel and look Fabulous.

I went this week with my daughter Taylor to get her Holy communion dress. I have to say all the dresses are gorgeous and they have a huge selection. The private fitting area is really good and gave Taylor great privacy and so much space to try on the dresses. Julie assisted us and she was fantastic. Taylor was so at ease with her and she made her feel so special. I can't thank her enough for all her help. Needless to say, Taylor is now sorted from head to toe for her big day. I love this store. They never disappoint. Spent a lovely day today in with my sister in law picking out her dress for my sister's wedding. Brenda was as usual on point with her choices and Andrea was also great. Sitting back with a coffee and watching the fashion show was a lovely fun way to spend the morning. It's easy to see why we also got the bridesmaids dresses from here. They really know how to look after their customers.

I have been purchasing clothing from Cilento for many years. Brenda is fantastic , she can pick items which suit me , correct sizes , styles and colours. I purchased a dress which needed altered. The dressmaker came to the shop and by the time I had a cup of coffee in Strabane the dress had been altered and brought back to the shop. There is nowhere else you would get this service. Cilento - you have worked your magic again! I bought my mother-of-the-groom outfit from you 3 years ago so you were the first place I tried when looking for my mother-of-the-bride outfit. I have to say this - I HATE clothes shopping. Yes, it's true. So, when I arrived a couple of weeks ago looking for this most-important outfit, I was really not in the mood. I just knew I had to get started. And your staff member - Joan - picked up on that right way. She was fabulous. Absolutely no pressure. Just a few gentle suggestions.



I reluctantly tried on the first outfit. It was lovely, but not for me. And Joan knew I wasn't comfortable. OK...no problem. What about this? I tried it on. I loved it She knew I loved it. But still no rush. What about trying this? What about that? By now, this reluctant shopper was actually enjoying herself. Feeling better, more confident. So I tried on Joan's suggestions. My daughter was there too and she made some suggestions too. And Joan and her chatted while I tried on different outfits. Yes, that's lovely on you. No, that's not right for you. Joan was just so lovely. Eventually, I put on on the 2nd outfit that I'd tried. And I still loved it. Joan had given me the chance to try on other outfits to make sure I was sure. She was just so kind and patient. Nothing was a problem. 'Take your time. This is an important purchase. We want you to feel happy and confident in whatever you buy from us.' That was the message I received from Joan.



Joan is a gem. Cilento...hold on to her. And Joan - thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and so looking forward to strutting my stuff at my daughter's wedding!!!

Came to Cilento today looking for wedding guests outfits, and we were all sorted 100%! Dress , hat, heels , bags , suits , belts, shoes. Everything! The staff ( particularly Brenda and Ciaran ) were so incredibly helpful, and made the time enjoyable instead of stressful.

Called in on spec on Monday 7/8/17 Keesha looked after me looking for a dress as going to a wedding in a couple weeks. Great variety of dresses all sizes colours designs . I picked a great dress shoes and a fascinator to finish off delighted with all the helpful advice and nothing too much trouble great value too highly recommended as everything under the one roof !

3rd visit and like the brands but so much more could be delivered with the customer service, brands are everywhere but good customer service makes a difference

I wouldnt recommend this store. If you change your mind and want to return something it is not like other stores. They dont give refunds you will only get a credit note. Their policy on credit notes does not allow you to use it on anything with discount or on sale. I was also told that if i wanted to use my £90 credit note on something that was on sale id have to pay the full price!!! Definitely will not waste my money in here again!

Got a suit for my sons wedding. The lining came down before the wedding. I wanted it changed but no .bring it up and they fix it not good enough at the price of it. But phoned them they talk over ye. Day of wedding the lining was so uncomfortably and the dress part was every shape when i was dancing. Never again. Would i be in there doors.

Came to Cilento today looking for wedding guests outfits, and we were all sorted 100%! Dress , hat, heels , bags , suits , belts, shoes. Everything! The staff ( particularly Brenda and Ciaran ) were so incredibly helpful, and made the time enjoyable instead of stressful.

Called in on spec on Monday 7/8/17 Keesha looked after me looking for a dress as going to a wedding in a couple weeks. Great variety of dresses all sizes colours designs . I picked a great dress shoes and a fascinator to finish off delighted with all the helpful advice and nothing too much trouble great value too highly recommended as everything under the one roof !

3rd visit and like the brands but so much more could be delivered with the customer service, brands are everywhere but good customer service makes a difference

I wouldnt recommend this store. If you change your mind and want to return something it is not like other stores. They dont give refunds you will only get a credit note. Their policy on credit notes does not allow you to use it on anything with discount or on sale. I was also told that if i wanted to use my £90 credit note on something that was on sale id have to pay the full price!!! Definitely will not waste my money in here again!

Got a suit for my sons wedding. The lining came down before the wedding. I wanted it changed but no .bring it up and they fix it not good enough at the price of it. But phoned them they talk over ye. Day of wedding the lining was so uncomfortably and the dress part was every shape when i was dancing. Never again. Would i be in there doors.
