Clean with friendly helpful staff. Impressed with low price movie for junior tickets and the munchbox for £3.00 a drink, bag chic stars and popcorns. Normally unimpressed with overinflated prices at the cinema.

User

It's a great cinema with mostly great staff. As a former projectionist I can see when the picture is not in focus, screens (canvas) needs cleaning or replacing and hear when the speakers are failing better than most. I have wanted these things to be sorted out for a long time but years have passed now and nothing has been done.

It was a very frustrating time for me and it is a shame as it can ruin the experience.

User

Everything is fine. But the lights that are always on in the center (for sake of health and safety) in case of small screens is really such a bummer ....They will do well if they provide drinking water dispensers ...

User

We came here as it was the only local cinema showing Gmomeo & Juliet in 3D,we asked for the 3D version & got given the 2D version tickets. We got them changed, but that took longer than most places, the worst thing of all is Cineworlds seats, they are so layed back you might aswell watch the film on the ceiling, they kill your bum.Give me odeon Premier seats any day.Bring in your own food & drink, £1.80 for a 500ml bottle of water.Even the female manager said your better off getting it elsewhere.

User

The self service points often don’t work, of the 4 only one was actually working yesterday. One did have a sign on it, the other 2 had faulty card readers. Luckily it wasn’t busy. The building and fittings inside are showing their age. Some of the screens are in dire need of upgrades. The staff, on the occasions I’ve had queries or concerns, have been polite and courteous. However at times the servers on tills seem a little fed up. This could be due to it being New Years Day although at others times this has also been the case. Given the total monetary outlay for a trip to the cinema these days, most people would expect a slightly better level of customer service, and a better experience inside (decor, screens, seating etc...). And with more people increasingly booking tickets online, there needs to be better systems in place to print tickets without queue at the concession stands.

Compared to Odean in Kingston and Vue in Staines, Cineworld Feltham comes in a disappointing third when it comes to overall experience.

I have been coming to Cineworld ever since it opened many years ago. At the time it was new and fresh. However it seems to be stuck in a time warp, which is a shame as it is our local cinema, and me and my kids love watching films on the big screen.

User

In recent months I have had better experiences with Cineworld Feltham and i'm so glad the pre booking systems were dealt with as that was annoying to not have been able to use them before. only issue I have are the seats and decor as it is not at all comfortable or appealing. Please have a refurbishment of all your screens then it would be more worth my money with the unlimited card I have.

User

In desperate need of a refurb, all the screens have marks on them from where they clearly haven't been replaced. One screen you can actually see where it has been stitched together! When it comes to audio quality every screen has a completely different experience. Some are loud others are very quiet, a few screens have audio problems with distortion or the centre channel playing from the left or sometimes right (contacted Cineworld previously about this and apparently an engineer checks the sound every morning yet I have been in the same screen multiple times to the same problem. The seats haven't been replaced since the original fitting you can tell just by how tatty they look and the fact the cups don't even fit in the cupholders properly.

Only plus side to this cinema is that staff are always friendly.

User

I went there with 4 friends I wouldn’t recommend it screens not very good had man in front of us talking on his phone all the way through film two young girls behind us coughing and talking behind us shame coz we missed half the film

User

Cineworld Feltham needs to be upgraded ,there are are only four self service checkin kiosk and out of those four only two works and two most of time not in use, toilets needs to be cleaned they were blocked reported to the staff but no one took any action, ordered a 7up drink and it tasted miserable so I had to go back and tell the staff to taste it them-self, drink was exchanged but all this cause extra fuss, long queues and no staff.

User

We live in Reading and normally visit Showcase or Vue cinemas. We normally do prior bookings online and their systems are great to detect and tell us if the movie is 15 (we got a 3 yr old) and stops us from making the booking.

We expected cineworld also to be using the age old technology, but turned out to be not the case!

The website allowed us to book 3 seats online (2 adults and a child), but we were stopped at the movie hall. They called in a supervisor whom we felt was a bit rude (or may be we are used to wonderful customer service before and this was normal maybe) and he said our online systems has some issues, though the best he can do is refund the tickets as vouchers! So who will pay for my fuel to/fro Reading to Feltham for somebody’s else technical glitch?

Unpleasant experience and certainly will not make a visit to Cineworld anymore! Thank god they don’t have a hall in Reading :-)

User

Took my 3 yr old daughter yesterday morning and had to wait in the que for 15 minutes which then made us late for the film, I think we missed the first few minutes but that wasn’t the only problem. When we finally got into the screen there were people in our seats! They said people were in their seats and were told to sit wherever! I wasn’t happy so they moved up one which made space for us but that’s not the point. It was very stressful and not a nice experience for my 3 yr old

User

Tickets were pre-booked to collect on arrival, no staff available at desk just 4 machines of which only two were working so huge queue. Huge queues at food and ice-cream counter. This is always a busy cinema so more staff need to be employed and collection machines made available. A staff member at the machines(as only 2 were working) would also have made the world of difference as could have made the process easier for people and helped minimise the queues.

User

This is by far the dirtiest cinema I have ever been to. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Seats very uncomfortable, screens covered in marks, could hear staff talking and laughing through back wall, and pretty much everyone in the cinema was talking and on there phones. Very disappointing cinema experience.

User

The most horrible and frustrating experience, No Air Con working and when informed the staff, response ‘people were informed about the broken down AC before the movie starts’ - Enter the den at ur risk :). No ventilation!!. We had to get out of cinema leaving movie half the way. Despite the AC not working they have been running the shows, which the staff is well aware of.

U dare enter the Toilets unless u can 🏊‍♂️

User

The cinema smelt disgusting ! The sceen room stunk of stale curry and the corridors smelt of sweaty feet. It made me feel sick and ruined the film. I wont be going back due to the poor hygiene. I must add that no staff were at the tills and we had to use the self check outs which puts people out of work.

User

Popped along to see Thor Ragnarok, the film was great but the auditorium smelled bad, was freezing cold and the nachos (compared to the ones I buy at the Odeon) were dreadful, I dare management to taste either the nacho cheese or the salsa as both are vile. Good job I was in free seats from Club Lloyds otherwise I'd have really resented the £13 each that Cineworld want to charge. Please look at the competition nearby and take action, there is an Odeon in Kingston and a VUE in Staines charging similar prices for a MUCH better experience.

Customer service was good and the toilets were ok but generally, this place looks like it last saw some proper maintenance back in the 80's when tickets were a fiver each.

User

Majority of films shown at Cineworld Feltham are Asian films... On more than one occasion English films haven't been shown at Cineworld Feltham but shown everywhere else. This is Britain.... Also I have been to the Cineworld in Bracknell that have had a refurb and is the best cinema I have been to. Apparently someone from Feltham Cinema was covering there when we went there and we were told that Feltham was going to have the same refurb.. Well when's that then? Also the machines to pick up booked tickets hardly work half the time and the ticket Foyer is never open.. Only seems to be open when a foreign premiere film is being shown.. Queue for drinks and popcorn is always so busy and half the stuff don't know what they are doing... Visited once and it took 3 members of staff to serve the person infront of me... I ended up missing the start of my film because of waiting so long... Discrace... Will be using bracknell a lot more.

User

Just attempted to take my 15 year old son to see Deadpool 2 at Cineworld, Feltham...

Turns out although he is 15, he needs his passport or a driving licence to get in!

We got there, paid for tickets and nachos.. No request for ID..

Asked the jobsworth on gate duty what time we could go in.. Again no request for ID

Waited half an hour, then the same fucking jobsworth said H was too young..

NOT HAPPY..... 0 / 10 :-(

User

It was hot and humid. The air conditioning was not working in the movie hall. I hate it when people bring lil babies, you can’t hear anything but the babies. I’m sorry I’m a mother too but I don’t spoil it for others too.

People were coming late, disturbing others.
