Clarence House in Portishead High Street is providing an opportunity for locals to join in & support Mr Nigel Coombes who has a history of dedication & hard loving commitment along with numerous others in keeping the long running Balmoral seaworthy. It is with sadness that in the last few years that through lack of funding they are finding it harder & harder to maintain her to a standard that allows her to ferry passengers on pleasure trips which she has done so for many year...s. We along with Nigel are organising a fun quiz night which will have a special round dedicated to the Balmoral itself & other rounds on general knowledge. It will be a evening of fun & enjoyment & no need to be a brain box. There will also be raffles in reference to the Balmoral which may interest those Balmoral followers. This event will take place on July 14th doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. There is a £1 per person entry fee & teams of up to 6 persons per team.
