The trio Classico Latino combines traditional Latin American melodies and rhythms with classical music techniques. The trio’s album Classico Latino & Friends Journey Through Latin America was recorded last year at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and presents iconic melodies and songs from across the continent, including the beautifully arranged tango El día que me quieras, Peruvian Vals La flor de la canela, Colombia’s Pueblito Viejo and the classic Moliendo Café from Venezuela. The album was described as a ‘Latin American Songbook’ by the UK press.
