🌿 •CANCELLATION POLICY• We are always delighted to gain new clients & forever thankful for our returning clients. However, due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations we have no choice but to bring in a deposit scheme.
🍃• All new clients booking in for a colour must have a skin test / consultation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
... 🌿• We require a £25 deposit with any colour service. This will be taken on your consultation & deducted off your final bill.
🍃• 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment, this will result in loss of deposit.
🌿• We understand things don’t always go to plan but hours lost can be damaging to our business.
