Ordered my Bosch 10.8 jigsaw and can say It was a pleasure doing business with CNS ,delivery was really quick and the tool at a great price ,cannot wait to visit the store now ,will be using again ,many thanks

CNS are a fantastic company to deal with. I required a door handle and hinges to match existing doors in our new house. I thought I had found the correct items from the online images and a quick call to them verified this. Ordered at 2pm and arrived the following morning before 10am. These were relatively low cost items yet they were more than willing to offer assistance. Excellent company and highly recommended from me.

Best store around, staff always know what they talking about and couldn't be more friendly, my top store of all time

Fast repair of my pin gun but one of the screws fell out rung them said ring back never did so went down and was no help at all so had to buying port on ebay

Part 1... Would not even rate this company a 1*! The service I have received from them this morning is disgusting. Spoke to a guy Luke on internet sales line who was the most unhelpful person, I then spoke to a manager who was a waste of space with an attitude. I ordered a tool for my husband on Monday at 13.25 which was in time for us to receive it next day delivery for a job he was meant to go to today, waited in yesterday all day for DPD to deliver and nothing arrived. Spoke to DPD last night to be told it’s the companies fault they never got the item to us till 4pm today which was too late for us to get it on a van for delivery. Spoke with CNS this morning and they have said it’s DPD’s fault because they had IT issues � I have gone back to DPD and they have said they can’t do anything for me because I’m not the customer. Will not be recommending this company!



Part 2... we eventually received the tool on Wednesday which was meant to come with a accessory that we had paid extra for! When we opened the delivery surprise surprise the accessory wasn’t in the box. I called CNS to speak to a guy who said leave it with me and I will look into it and call you back in 10-15mins. 35mins went by and finally got a call back to say they’re sorry it had left it off the order but could see we had ordered it because it’s on our invoice �. They kindly offered �to refund the cost of the accessory with no questions asked (the guys words not mine... this made me laugh)... still waiting for £3 next delivery refund they offered and the refund of the accessory. They sent the accessory out on Wednesday and said it had missed next day but will ensure it’s on a morning delivery for Friday (today). I’m still waiting for a message from DPD to say it’s on it’s way, I’m holding no hope!



Part 3... To our surprise the Accessory arrived at 12.30 on Friday afternoon. We have checked our bank and still no sign of refund.

CNS have sent a letter to DPD on my behalf but says they have refunded us.

I bought 3 pairs of steel toe work trainers for my staff, after 5 months of wear the sides split away from the sole on all 3 pairs.

CNS will not even return to the manufacturer.

I have contacted the manufacturer myself and they are going to replace.
