A recent condensation assessment led to us completing works in a very unusual location. A small tower style room with four walls that have half constructed of glass and this made the room unusable in winter with water running from the windows continuously. Mould had formed on the walled section also. There was a loft and this had good ventilation so we installed a Drimaster ECO heat and there was a noticeable improvement in less than an hour ! Well the cold snap has seen a big increase in condensation issues and we have certainly had a busy couple of weeks. Just completed an installation in a Bristol HMO with the excellent new FAITH unit replacing standard ensuite extractors. With the kitchen as the only shared area washing was often found to be drying there so we have also fitted a CYFAN unit with humidistat.
