My dad owns this two bedroomed holiday chalet in a rather desolate holiday site but only 1 mile out of Dartmouth, Devon. It is £25 a night and cheap as the holiday site itself is rather run down but it is in a beautiful part of the world. An ideal place to holiday for both families and couples. The chalet has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double and single bunk). You will need to take all of your bedding, duvets, sheets (but not pillows), towels and tea towels. The chalet has a compact kitchen with cooker, microwave and living room with TV and Freeview, DVD player. The electric is paid for on a metre £1 a time (end cupboard in kitchen by the window), and the chalet is heated by electric fires and radiators. The bathroom has shower.
