We saw an advert for David Salisbury in House and Garden magazine and contacted them as their designs seemed to be just what we were looking for.

We are only part way down the road to having the timber extension they are building for us but I have to say that we have been so impressed by the professional approach of everyone involved, particularly Stephen the designer and Paul the surveyor, my dealings with both of them have reassured me that we have made the right choice, the design is wonderful, watch this space in early autumn for pics of the finished product

We love our new DS conservatory and walk way. From concept to the finish the company were professional and produced a unique design. A specail thanks to Victoria for her work throughout the project.

We have used David Salisbury a few times and have always been really pleased with our windows and doors. The service has always been very professional. Clear, detailed drawings provided and communication throughout the process was excellent.

We have lived in over 20 (mostly rented) homes during our 36 years of married life. The year 2017 has been our first ever opportunity to put our own mark on a property we love in the historic city of Bath - a terrifying prospect!



Only one thing was certain: the small leaking conservatory at the back of our home needed to go. Browsing the internet for ŌĆśconservatoryŌĆÖ was fantastic if you happen to like data deluge and the inherent impossibility of matching rhetoric with reality. We therefore prevaricated. Thankfully, we were lucky that neighbours up the road employed David Salisbury Joinery. From start to finish, observation of their experience - VERY CLOSE observation - encouraged us to call the company.



The designer, Simon Phipps, arrived, listened VERY carefully, asked astute questions, then went away to produce some ideas. With a hum, a ha and the occasional aha! we tweaked the design. Imagery provided, showing us what the final product would look like, along with explanations ŌĆśin EnglishŌĆÖ, were EXTREMELY helpful. All in all: gorgeous, elegant, must-have...



But ideas are of marginal value if they cannot be realised by the hands-on worker bees provided by David Salisbury, all coordinated by their own project manager (Mike Chinn for us, an individual with seriously deep no-nonsense knowledge of the trade). This team were superb, working in freezing conditions at times, ever cheerful, even when ŌĆśthings could not go according to planŌĆÖ. Name me a project that ever does! This is where David Salisbury prove their value: problems get fixed and we as customers always felt informed and happy to have entrusted this work to professionals with a passion for excellence.



Right now, all the internal work for our ongoing extensive renovations continues but the David Salisbury component - a bespoke conservatory that suits the back of this Edwardian home - is pretty well completed in exemplary fashion. Worries over ŌĆśmaking an expensive mistakeŌĆÖ disappeared long ago. We could not be happier. We will be once all the other work is done and we have no further decisions to make!

We have just been involved with a local project for a private client, constructing the base and brickwork for a new Garden Room which was installed last week, the first David Salisbury project we have been involved with and I have to say it was a pleasure, superb product of the highest quality!

We have a David Salisbury orangery roof on our kitchen extension, the guys from David Salisbury looked after us through the whole process, from inception to competition. On time and on budget.



The after sales was / is first rate also. One of our small caps came off during heavy snow, they came out within 24 and fixed the loose cap and changed the others just in case! Nice guys, nothing is too much trouble.

Our project was highly commended by Enfield CouncilŌĆÖs building control department who entered it for the London LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017 and as finalists we were awarded a certificate of excellence!

From first to last, the process of replacing my original conservatory was carried out professionally and with the minimum of fuss. My initial design meeting with Sales Designer Rudy was great fun: what a personality! Rudy listened carefully to my thoughts, producing two designs which reflected my aspirations perfectly.



We agreed on the final design, and Project Manager Paul took over from there, providing a reassuring and readily available point of contact as the new room took shape. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, and I greatly appreciate the companyŌĆÖs efforts to bring my dream room into being.



I have no hesitation in recommending the David Salisbury service.



I love the feeling the bright new conservatory creates: that part of the house is part of the garden too. ItŌĆÖs almost as if the flowerbeds, shrubs and trees have been brought indoors. This was exactly the effect I had hoped Rudy would achieve ŌĆō and he did.



How wonderful to be able to read my books in my favourite part of the house. Now, my reading room flows into the garden, and the garden embraces my books.
