Ordered a coat 2 weeks ago for my partners bday present, Still hasn't arrived. Messaged about it and it was meant to be delivered on fri and didn't come, and Donna explained she was at a wedding which is totally understandable I didn't mind, but was told it would be brought to me yesterday and still haven't got it!! I am so cross now. I will not be using this service again!! Terrible and my partner still hasn't got his present from me!!
