Dorothy’s new special 😋 Francesca’s (Inpasta) homemade Focaccia, with Mortadella, Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. It’s very yummy!! Come and grab it quick before it goes!

A bit more exciting news from us all at Dorothy's

Yummy lunch here with my mother in law and children (4 & 3) Great area out the back for children to play and colour etc without having to worry that they are disturbing the quieter front room. Children enjoyed their aga cooked jacket potatoes and I had a yummy goats cheese salad from the specials board. My mother in law enjoyed a seasonal soup of leek and potato with asparagus too- finishing the whole bowl which is rare for her! Lovely atmosphere, decor and food at reasonable prices and kids kept very happy too! MUST try the banana cake!

Was recommended by people on Facebook, first time there. Was my wife's birthday, really enjoyed everything about it, just one little moan that there wasn't a lot of choice with cakes, no chocolate cake !! having said that, would recommend and would certainly go back !

Superb 'vintage' tea at Dorothy's yesterday, for Father-in-law's 80th.

Quiche was to die for. Scones were to die for! Fantastic. Go there!!

Super friendly and helpful, and gorgeous food. We spent my birthday lunch here drinking endless tea and eating as many baked goodies as possible, whilst relaxing in the back room with the run of all the kids toys.

Lovely vintage tea room with items for sale too. Had the afternoon tea for 2 which was delicious and excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Baby changing facilities and kids toys available. Would definitely return as lunch menu looks great!

Lovely relaxing place to visit. My friend and I always call on for a cuppa and a cake whilst out on our walks.. xx

Just been to Dorothys for the first time it was lovely, will be definitely be going again. It was busy but the ladies serving asked if we minded waiting. Had the cream tea for one it was well worth the wait.

I visited the wonderful Dorothy's Tea Rooms today for lunch with my good friend and my goddaughter. My friend had been previously for afternoon tea and suggested we went - I'm so glad she did.



The tea room, is beautifully decorated and has a really welcoming feel. It's like taking a step back in time when entering (and I mean that in a really good way!!), So lovely, staff very friendly and provided us with very good service and in a beautiful village location.



The menu had lots to choose from, varied, something to suit everyone. We both choose panini's on this occasion, followed by cake. The cake.... Wow! So many to choose from, I choose battenburg (my favourite) and it was so yummy!! I need to come back and have afternoon tea to sample some more (hehe!!)



Highly recommended and I can't wait to return. Thank you.

Dorothy's is one of my favourite Tea rooms in Somerset! We had a lovely cream tea and Victoria Sandwich cake.....i especially like the China tea cups �
