I am a personal trainer and Funky Pump Fitness instructor! I've worked within the fitness industry now for nearly 6 years, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge which I use to help my clients achieve their targets!

Nice start to a full body session, had a big day off the diet yesterday so needed to sweat it out! 12 barbell highpull 10 slams 4 prowler 1 minute rest after the 3 are done, 5 sets💪🏻💦

Shoulders, had to make it a quick again but still got a sweat on! Dumbbell press x 10 Highpull x 10 superset, 4 sets with 1 minute rest in between sets. Front/lat raise complex, 8 reps/4 sets Alt disc clean and press x16/3 sets Cable highpull x12/4 sets... Followed by a bag circuit @funkypumpfitness 🔥💦💥

Real hard leg session today, warmed up with some box jumps and then went into the weighted exercises. Squats-10 reps/4 sets SLD-10 reps/4 sets Step ups- 6 each side/3sets Sumo deads-10 reps 4 sets 🔥

First one back after Vegas for @clare_llew and @louiserhydderch ! This was the finisher on abs, 20s of each with 10s rest in between continuously for 3 sets. Followed by 30 jack knives/12 hanging leg raises for 3 sets! Big burn on the core!🔥✅👊🏻

Trained with Dylan for over 6 months 2/3 times a week... went in to lose weight and ended nearly losing nearly a stone and half ... the diets were spot on and tasty to.. defiantly recommend him to anyone �

Me and my friend have been training twice a week with Dylan since July. He's really friendly and approachable. Always keeps us motivated during each session and pushes us to do things we didn't think we could do (also puts up with us moaning and complaining). Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for 1 to 1 or small group sessions :)

I’ve been training with Dylan since last October, my goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness. He has helped me with both and I’ve now lost 17kg and feel amazing I still have a long way to go but with Dylan’s help and support I know I’ll get there.



He is always approachable and keeps me motivated through our sessions and pushes me to achieve things I never thought I could do when I started my journey back in October. He isn’t afraid to tell me off when I’ve drunk a few two many gins on the weekend or raided the chocolate biscuits.

He's enthusiastic, professional and very motivating but is also friendly and approachable! Each work out is different and I'm constantly feeling the benefits in my clothing and muscle definition.

My fitness has hugely improved and I'm actually enjoying the aches the following day!
