Cast iron radiators were commonly used to heat large spaces such as chapels, churches and schools as they were high conductors, giving off ample amount of heat. Inventor of ElectriCast™, Shane McCrory saw a gap in the market to re-invent the cast iron radiator, combining the traditional design with modern technology.
Shane McCrory’s background is working in his family business, The Bath Doctor, established in 1985 by his father. The company specialises in re-enamelling of baths and sanitary ware in both commercial and domestic settings. Have had this on rather than the main heating and it's being very effective. Just allow for the heat up period and the residual cool down period when you are setting up with remote.



Being a gadget man I have a Belkin energy monitor plug and it uses exactly what it says it uses!

I have had one of these radiators for a number of weeks now but only now is it coming into it's own with the chillier evenings.
