Writing on behalf of my brother, I can confidently comment on how impressed he was with Elements. I recommended him because as a professional footballer, his job involves regular strenuous activity and injury for which he requires regular treatment and rehab. Rebecca's service went above and beyond her duties as a sports therapist. Although he has the use of a therapist at work, he was still very impressed with her level of expertise and her professional service.

I've had three sessions with Becky so far and look forward to more!

I was suffering with back pain from my job so visited Becki and was definitely worth it. My back was better within a day or so and she also gave me some things I could do at home aswel to help it so it wouldn't get as bad again. Becki was also really flexible and came to my house because was easier with my work. I will be booking in another session soon thank you xxx

So glad I found her just wish I found her sooner! Will be highly recommending and returning. Also.. lovely chilled out premises * * * * *

I recently had a treatment with Becki as I have been suffering from lower back pain. After a thorough assessment and deep tissue massage, I am on now the mend. Becki's approach is friendly and highly professional. I will definitely be returning for some follow up treatment soon.

I have always had issues with my back and shoulders due to bad posture. However, this has not been an issue after an hours massage and consultation. I rarely get problems any more and Becki was extremely helpful in providing specific after care as well. Highly recommendable!
