Looking for adventure in 2018? Look no further! We have been offering a fantastic range of activities since 2009, from our base at Porlock Weir and the surrounding area.

What a brilliant day! Tree climbing and Mountain Biking topped off with a kayak trip through the channels of the marsh land of Porlock weir. Ben was a great guide, helping us push ourselves to experience the best of each activity. Highly recommend Exmoor Adventures to all!

We used Exmoor Adventures last year for my mates stag do and again this year for mine. This year we did coasteering and SUP. It was amazing, Dan and Ben were professional throughout and we had a great time! Highly recommend.

We recently went on a guided mountain bike trip through Horner Woods with Exmoor Adventures as part of a stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon – the ride was fantastic, stunning scenery, fun trails and excellent guiding along the way. From start to finish it was very well organised and the hire equipment was great. Great fun was had by all, I would strongly recommend to anyone planning a group activity on Exmoor. Thanks again.

We had a great day with instructor Ben, everything was set to take advantage of the beautiful natural environment and despite a few wobbly knee moments - I always felt I was in safe hands

Top day on the bikes, perfect for all of our various abilities on the stag!

Superb experience the last few days, two brilliantly guided trips on dream mountain bike trails. Can't recommend highly enough

Superb coasteering afternoon with 14 of us. Excellent and knowledgable hosts, plenty of jumps and great conditions. They were completely understanding if you didn't fancy a particular jump. Will definitely be back!

I had a great time doing my Level 2 MTB course at Exmoor Adventures!



Dan was very friendly, encouraging and clearly very enthusiastic about his sport.



Day 1 we in the classroom, I learnt loads about bike mechanics and navigation as well as a short ride in the afternoon.



Day 2 we spent out on the hill. We each took turns leading the group and we were lucky enough to be out all day in the sun! The route had a good mix of inclines, descents, fords and a few faster trails as well.



I rented Trek mountain bike from Dan from the weekend. It had disk brakes and front suspension and had been very well maintained.



Had a great weekend. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for coasteering, and I was a little bit worried when I saw the jumps, but I am so glad that I did this activity. We did a 25ft jump into the sea and it felt amazing.



Ben and Dan really looked after us, took pictures as we were doing the activity (which are free if you follow them on Facebook), and helped us out when they could see we were struggling. There was no pressure to do any of the jumps - it was perfect.



We were kitted up with wet suit, helmet and life jacket so we were never in any danger.



Would definitely recommend, and I’d definitely do it again!

Fantastic weekend for outdoor activities - highly recommend!! Mountain biking reconnected me with a long lost interest, time to buy a new bike I think! Rock climbing and archery were ace, very well prepared and explained so that anyone can achieve no matter what your experience. Also to do all that in such a stunning setting is priceless! Thanks Dan keep up the good work!

Fantastic day coasteering. My first time and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The two friendly instructors were great guides. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in giving it a go.

Exmoor Adventures is a gem of a find if you're looking for novel activities on Exmoor. My family members, aged 22 to 60-years-old, had a blast kayaking and climbing trees in the capable and fun hands of Ben, our guide. We'll be back to participate in many of the other activities offered. Highly recommended for all ages and fitness levels. Thanks, Exmoor Adventures!

Dan and Ben looked after me and my family so well! We did Rock Climbing at Valley of the Rocks today (25th August). They were very professional in their safety checks and very friendly and welcoming. I have never climbed before, I am a bit nervous and I am NOT light ... but they helped me get to the top of a climb... and down again. I was SO proud of myself. It was the easiest climb but a HUGE deal for me. This company made everything easy, from booking to directions to safety. I definitely recommend them!

Booked an activity day with Exmoor adventures for a hen party of 20 girls and we had such a fun afternoon! Will definitely go back again.
