Fabulous food as always. The poor waitress was rushed off her feet. A very busy lunch time. Our favourite place.

Delicious food, great service and lovely environment. Really good price for lunchtime and all cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time here after my wife highly recommended the place from previous visits. We don’t live local and holiday here a few times a year. We booked for 6.45pm and arrived on time. Having sat down at our appointed seats, it was another 5-10 mins before we were offered the menu and drinks menu. The waitress advised she would come and take the order when the chef advised that she could. This seemed a little strange as there were only a few tables occupied. A few more people arrived and they seemed to have a similar welcome. At 7.15 the waitress advised she could now take our order. A couple of other orders were taken around us and the restaurant started to fill up. Space was a little tight now, so getting in and out of seats required considered planning and timing. The food arrived and was excellent and I couldn’t fault it. It was very hot and fresh and rich in taste. Leisurely eating we were eventually finished. This time after having sat for a further 10 mins The chef came out and took our plates away, so not sure why he got involved over this as waitresses were about, so guess they were short of people that day somehow. We were later asked if we had had our mains by another waitress who was not sure, so I think things had got into a muddle. We were asked if we wanted desserts but we declined as it seemed it may add to the timing since arrival. We asked for the bill which took another 10 mins and after a few looks to see if it was being made up, which it hadn’t, it seemed they had forgotten . I couldn’t tip the service as this was a bit non existent. The waitress took payment at the bar but then another took over. Payment was completed and the receipt handed back without and facial look up. Unfortunately there was no check as to whether we enjoyed our meal, the place and whether we would come again. We made our way out a little bit dejected after that. I will come back as I’m assured it is usually better than that and like to give a second chance, but I think others may have found things a little too much, looking at there faces as we walked out. It was a shame really but I think organisation tonight and customer service were completely lost in some sort of panic.You may be busy but don’t be complacent others may not comeback. Thank you for the lovely food though.

I cannot fault the service from the staff, however, my starter of bread and olives arrived with toast, not bread, which did not allow me to properly enjoy the dipping oil and balsamic, also, only green olives were given, quite disappointing. Our main of Paella, was not good. It resembled a savory rice pudding. It tasted heavily of mushroom, with a few pieces of chicken and mussels put with it. Our conclusion is that it must have started as the mushroom risotto, and had the extras added in, this may have passed muster had it had more additions to it such as squid and more than the one prawn.
