We were very happy today to see one of our customers, who is Coeliac, delight in eating one of Honeybuns Chocolate Brownies. Smiles all round.

A short walk from the station, down Orchard Street and you'll find us on the left diagonally opposite the Dragon Hotel.

We had a lovely lunch Saturday. Very pleasant surroundings, everyone is friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come back.

One of Swansea's hidden gems. Forget the big chains and enjoy this wonderful independent local coffee shop. I find that the staff are always friendly and welcoming, coffee is excellent and I love the tasty fresh baguettes.

Lovely little café with very friendly staff - had a lovely freshly made panini with a delicious flat white coffee. Enjoyed both very much! Very convenient location on High Street - good quality service and books to read too!

Independent local coffee shops always fascinate me. After doing my ID check for work while waiting for my train, I stumbled upon a great local coffee shop called First Call Coffee, a gem I consider in the heart of Swansea. It was a pleasure meeting Tony, the owner of this cozy coffee shop. He was so kind to tell me a little history of his life as an entrepreneur and how he started the business. It was indeed a great conversation. I witnessed how he gracefully supervised his staff while preparing the coffee and food. I love your scrumptious watermelon cake and full-bodied coffee (both are lush). This place is a good spot for meetings, friendly chinwags and just hanging out with great people. A mashup of classic and modernise design with its collection of classic Pendulum longcase clocks, antique porcelains, marble lamps and stylish superstone radiant heating, made the interior layout- timeless. Kudos to the artist of superstone radiators (John Cooper), your artworks really amaze me especially the painted Egyptian art panel heater- that was just WOW! You created a lovely warm atmosphere, Tony- very well done! It was well worth the visit and thanks for an excellent service. Will come back for sure!

I come here every Wednesday with my Mum and sister. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. There’s a large selection of food including healthy options. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and amazing coffee. My son loved the milkshakes and I must admit I drank half as it was so good � will definitely be making this a regular coffee stop!
