Leeboy White has caught these two this evening. It seems that all the big fish are coming out at night!

best one from last night! managed 5 in all throughout the night and into early morning. couldn't get a knock or a tap during the day though so it was definitely worth braving the elements and doing an overnighter (it was actually quite warm!)

Fishing is hard going at the moment but John Hughes caught this one at 1.30am this morning from hut 27

Has anyone left behind part of a rod pod over the last couple of days? Someone has just found this on the right bank.

i only live in the village so really handy for us ( the better 1 ) we love it of the cuff day sesh becoming regular at least once a week nice place some lovley fish to be had tina and rupert are very wellcoming and alway chatty cant fault the place btw these koi x are tricky little bugger and can be fun they do know how to unhook and snag you

Wicked fishery there are some nice doubles in there I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go away for few days or just the day. Definitely a 5

Use the bait boat in the margins and tree overhang to drop ur bait and you will catch. I wondered if it was as good as people say and oh yes had nice 2 commons after a night ov blanking as the weight dank in the silt on the bed advised to go hire a boat and within 29 minutes had the catch I was hoping for. FOLLYFOOT Fisheries 10/10. Will be returning very soon

Very well looked after fishery, and the shop and shower/toilet facilities are good.

Such a fantastic carp fishery. Not a massive place. But plenty big enough to catch lots of good size carp and make friends like the locals. Always a smile when you turn up to fish. I Rupert is still the owner, then plod on. You are a lucky guy.

Me and my dad came down for a days fishing and had an exceptional days fishing. overall presentation of the pond is great and well thought out. Got chatting to the owners who were very lovely people and great advice about recent catches.Having a shop on sight was an added bonus and very clean bathroom and shower was also a lovely surprise. All fish caught were in great condition and healthy. well worth a visit and ill be back soon for a overnight fish.

I've just spent 2 nights on the lake & can honestly say had a great time. The lake is really clean & tidy with some stunning carp. Rupert the owner is the friendliest person you can meet.

Have not been for a while but every time I do I bag up big time. Some lovely fish nothing massive mainly 15-20 pounders.brilliant water for runs or beginners. The cabins r a bonus well worth the extra money. The butcher up the road do the best burgers especially the minted lamb ones worth a trip just for when

Great place for a days fishing , even better for 1 or 2 night , caught some big fish here .. deffo worth a go ☺

Great little fishing lake , suitable for all ages into carping myself and my son stayed in hut 16 lovely swim & and you can takeaways deliver to the lake with numbers And menus in the hut (nice touch) landing nets & unhooking included although mats needs upgrading. Great looking fish to we had 15lb & 16.6lb carp out looking forward to going back in the near future 👍

Folly is a great venue if you want to catch lots of fish. It's surface fishing is the best for no intervene from ducks .The huts and pegs are nice and tidy and the hiring of bait boats allows access to all the good margin fishing .

Fished here last week from Friday to Sunday with my 12 year old son and mate Tony.

We arrived and we were greeted by the owners who couldn't do enough to help us settle in. There are some stunning looking fish in here but sadly we couldn't catch the Orange Koi. The huts are very clean with a working light, and the grounds are very well kept. Toilets and showers are immaculate with soap to wash and (Tony told me to post this) quality toilet roll, not 80 grit sandpaper!

This was our first 3 dayer and even with the rain it was a great weekend for all of us.

Some take always deliver to the car park and a list with phone numbers on the wall in the huts. A small but well stocked shop with the hire of bait boats. My son loved using the boat we hired.

Thanks to Rupert and Tina for having us and making sure we had everything we needed.

We will definitely be back very soon :)

First time a follyfoot this weekend. Great fishery had 9 fish in 24 hours most being double figures and got snagged up by something much bigger. first time catching a koi/ghost carp, each peg gives you plenty of room to fish from and the owners are helpful and friendly. Can't wait to book the next session

Another brilliant weekend at Follyfoot. As always very clean, tidy and well run. Rupert was as helpful and accommodating as usual. The fish were tricky, but obliged in the end. 8 carp altogether, all in stunning condition with the biggest common Carp topping 20lb. Not bad for a winter session! Can't wait until my next visit.

24 hours loved it three nice carp 14lb to 18lb will definitely go there more often regretting not going there since last year

nice lake but caught a lot of small fish and the net and mats they give u i wouldn't use 2 catch frogs. carnt use your own but u can use your own sling work that 1 out for yourselfs
