Would like to say a massive thank you to every one at Fone House! I have had so many problems with my phone and they have sorted me out with a brilliant contract and new phone! Recommend using them instead of going to corporate chains! Thanks again! X

Went into there today great service and so helpful with my complicated situation with another network!

Helped me sort everything out, it wasn't just about selling me a contract it was help on a personal scale.

Really pleased with them and would def recommended to others.

Very impressed with fonehouse was recommended and the good comments people had said were spot on. Nick was really helpful and sorted all we needed done, will tell people this is the place to go .

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, they even have a reasonably priced repair service as well .. !!

Superb service!! My phone was fixed the same day as being collected for a repair at a competitive price too. Callum went out of his way with his customer service and even supplied a loan phone so I was still able to make and receive calls. Would recommend Fonehouse worle to anybody and will definately be using them for any further repairs or purchases.

Shopped around for a while and found the best deal I could was with fonehouse. Tariff is perfect for what I needed and customer service was superb �

Second visit to Fonehouse in Worle and they were every bit as friendly and professional as the first time and Callum even gave me 50% off my screen protector as it's the second one I've bought from them (only had to buy a second one because I had my iphone replaced twice �). I had an apple tempered glass screen protector last time that peeled off and the apple staff had been very reluctant to fit for me so I went back to Fonehouse today because I know their screen protectors stay put for the life of the phone and the staff not only offered to put it on for me, they put it on straight with no bubbles which is far better than I could do!! ��

OMG!!!! Never spent so much time in a phone shop EVER!!!!! These guys are just awesome!!!! On recommendation from friends took my very poorly iPhone 5s in and ended up with a sparkly new iPhone 6s and a great new international contract. Dave spent hours/ days setting up my new phone......nothing was too much trouble even when I forgot all my passwords, insisted on re-naming the new one "princess's iPhone", a pink phone case was non negotiable and they even welcomed me covered in mud having just come from the horses! The coffee is great too!!!!! ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ thank you so much! x x x

I was shown all the possible deals I could get at the reasonable price I wanted and they always helped me transfer all my pictures and contacts over to my new phone. Brilliant will be coming back.

Fonehouse are always a fantastic company to visit, friendly reliable and very professional. i have now cracked my Iphone 6 screen 3 times and I have personally felt the speed in repairs has been noting but outstanding.

Excellent customer service!! The guys in fonehouse did me a brilliant deal on my old phone! And thanks to Dave for suggesting putting a protector screen on my new phone.. I didn't think I'd need it but I'm so glad I did as a month after getting my phone, I dropped it and smashed the screen. All I had to do was peel off the smashed protector screen and my iPhone was still in tact.

Debated whether to go in as usually upgrading your phone takes an age with lots of problems....but my iPhone was about to die. I received excellent customer service, friendly & helpful. Got a fantastic deal on an upgrade and everything was done for me. I left the shop, after only 45 minutes, with a better phone (with everything I had on my old phone working), a better price plan and a screen protector. They also bought my old phone off me for a fair price and even let me keep my little pink iPhone button from it! I'm one very happy customer and would highly recommend this shop!!

Callum is super cool and helpful. There was a bit of a mix up when I upgraded my phone but he was on it and got me back up and running. Would recommend !

Brilliant service from the guys in the shop. Refreshing to see a people centred approach from a retail outlet. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
