The tracks are great, I'm only a beginner but it was fun, hire bikes are a bit battered had to take one back before we even got to the top of the first hill and second one the gears played up but it was still worth the money,we had a breakfast in the cafe, it was nice and not greasy and fast, yer I enjoyed it and look forward to going again
The Tarmac track is good. And the mountain bike trail is even better! Quite testing but not dangerous. And beautiful scenery and woodland. Very good value and good fun!
Really brilliant. Awesome playground, nice cafe, interesting interactive historical exhibit. Parking is very reasonable also.
It's a lovely place to bring the hole family ether bike riding dog walking or just walking in the woods I recommend it
I was very impressed with the whole set up lovely day out
Had a brilliant time, we walked while the kids cycled, it has dine their confidence wonders. The different terrains and views meant we all had something to do
Great place to train on your bike the track is smooth and safe

Great place for cycling, walking, nature, mining heritage
Brilliant fun for every age ,lovely meals served in the cafe. .
An excellent way to pass a day we had loads of fun
It is a great place to take a dog or walk etc. My only quibble is the map and sign posting, it could do with a revamp and some colour coded sign posts. Great cafe and parking.
Great park!! Could do with people enforcing the dogs to be kept on lead rule as saw a few just wondering about which is dangerous with the bikes going round!
Was a lovely park for the children but the ground wasn’t wheelchair friendly at all (park area) so I was having to drag my daughter in her chair which was very difficult. My other 4 loved it, especially the big slide at the back
