The staff are great and friendly. The food was amazing the best Italian food I have ever eaten. I will definitely be going back again.

Myself & my teenage son came here for lunch for the first time before a west end show.. I must admit the toilet facilities could of been a little fresher- but I must say, from the moment I entered the resturant I felt real Italian spirit. The staff were friendly & accommodating.. The best Cannelloni I have tasted!! So fresh! Homemade pasta, pesto, ricotta, meat & olive oil. It was delicious! The dessert was also very tasty & well presented. #orgasminthemouth �
I have been to their pizzeria in London, Piccadilli; I am one of their customers in their premises in Barcelona too. In either pizzeria, personnel is all Italian and I liked their product, from the quality of the drought and of the (original imported from Italy) ingredients they use. It is definitely a pizzeria that also Italians (like me) would appreciate. However mind you, if you are set on Domino pizza like style you are in for a surprise; moreover if you are Indian, no, they won't prepare pizza with chicken for you.

Excelent pizza! I'm italian and I can say Fratelli la Bufala is the best place where I ever ate a very good pizza! I had pastiera dessert and it was excelent as well. Italian staff very good and kind.
Amazing authentic Italian pizza!!! Feels like you are in Naples!!! Very clean too and very nice and helpful staff!!! One of the best (if not the best!) places I've been in the UK!!!
Fantastic food, knowledgeable staff, amazing food fantastic wine pairings. The house smoked mozzarella is fantastic (I normally hate smoked cheese)
Nice food. Disgusting toilets! Mine had no lock, loo paper and stunk! They must address this or will lose repeat custom. Luckily we were going to theatre opposite so my friend could use those. And to cap it all service charge added to bill. Won't return unless been to loo before and hungry!
Food was nice, atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, although the service could have been better (especially as there was £34 discretionary tip added), waited over 20 mins, twice, for a glass of Italian wine!! None of the serving staff had great command of English & was quite hard to make ourselves understood
Pizzas are good-looking although the dough misses some crust.
But main issue of this restaurant is the very noisy room on the 1st floor (though only a third full...) : music is way too strong (is that a night club or a restaurant ?) and the materials used reflect the noise too much plus the open kitchen is VERY noisy for no benefits to the clients (no show-cooking or anything so what for ?)
Service was also not that friendly compared to most other places tested during this week holiday in London : management issue ?

My pizza as ok some of the ones in the table weren't cooked enough, service was the worst we ha to call the weather for everything as he never asked us if we needed Anthony
Food was lovely and the atmosphere was good but the waitress although pleasant seemed very stressed with other members of staff and was thereforecame across to us as a bit rude. Felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave as no one thanked us and said goodbye. Such a shame as it has a good atmosphere generally.
Food ok-ish but service not- my meal arrived about 10 mins before hubbys- when we mentioned this the waiter replied"well- he ordered steak'"!
When we arrived we were shown to our seats but had to wait for ages for somebody to come back to us (to take our order). Some of the staff weren't very obliging or seemed to be happy. Also; when we were there a tray fell from one of the waiter's hands and glass went everywhere (broke in pieces). It was obvious that the waiter never used a broom before or understood the mechanics of the broom as he made a pig's ear of cleaning up (the table next to us also observed this), eventually leaving chunks of glass on the stairs; an accident waiting to happen, and then somebody sue the company. As I left I pointed out the danger to a young waiter lady. The food was excellent (and I would give it 5 stars), but the service leaves a lot to be desired (poor; 1 star). I am not sure I would use them again, my partner certainly wouldn't. A smile doesn't hurt anybody... more so when you need our custom.
The waiters are unhonest, normal pizza that doesn't justify the over price. The service was so slow in general. Don't go there! Probably one of the worst pizza restaurant in the city
Seriously people don't bother. You wait ages for your main course then half your order is missing. The excuse? 'My colleague forgot'. Great! That's no good for us though.The staff are great at ignoring you too. Then they add a 'service charge' to the bill presumably just for a laugh. If I could give zero stars I would. But I'll have to live with 'I hated it' instead.

We called in as the restaurant looked interesting from the outside... waited 45 minutes for the pizza to be served. The restaurant was not that busy. Maybe the pizza chef forgot our order. By then we were starving and would have eaten the table cloth.
My partner ordered a pineapple and ham.
Out came a pizza base with the bare minimum of cheese on it. On top was cold pineapple and cold strips of ham. I know this as we were sitting upstairs opposite the pizza oven so in my 45 minutes I had time to watch how the chef make up the pizza's.
The result was a cold pizza.
No tomato base? Every other pizza we have had in the world has a tomato base? But not this one.
The cheese calzone I ordered was ok. No taste to it whatsoever but the pizza dough was agreeable. Again no tomato base. Just cheese, so no taste to it.Just a plain big cheesy dough ball.
We did not leave the suggested tip.
would not go back.
If you want good food and service avoid this place and they add service charge to bill �
