George Healy - Iyengar Yoga Bath

I attended my first Iyengar yoga class in 2006 and immediately felt a deep sense of coming home. Yoga is transformational and it has been a constant companion to me throughout my busy family life.
I love the wholeness of yoga and how it holds everything we need in its practice and study. In a world where we are bombarded with information and a constant pressure to be keep ourselves 'busy', it is more important than ever to dedicate time to understanding our body and our minds and spend time with ourselves.

I am currently teaching a beginners class at Yogawest, Bristol and will be coming to a Bath venue near you very soon!
