Been a while since i done some repairs. But very productive tonight. 2 pairs, 1 repaired and unfortunately 1 beyond repair. Dont forget if u have an old set of straighners stuck in a drawer that dont work then why not message and see if i can get them working again.

I have had a few pairs in recently with cables that have been clearly wrapped around the straightners. This can cause a number of issues and faults and in the long run is not a safe practice. Please dont wrap your cable round ur straightners.

Are your straightners feeling a little tired and not heating up like they did when they were brand new? For £15 you can get them serviced and feeling like new again at a fraction of the cost of a new pair. PM me to arrange a service or repair.

For those that have the Cloud 9 Touch, this is what happens to your heater element when heating from room temp to 190 degrees in 3 seconds. These can be replaced, but i cant gurantee it wont happen again. My recommendation is be careful not to close them too violently when using them.

I also repair Cloud 9's, but these prices differ slightly due to the parts being more difficult to obtain.
