At Giannis we take great pride in cleanliness. We make sure our kitchen is spotless by having multiple deep cleans per week, maintain our HACCP and make sure all our paper work is up to date. It’s not always fun work but it’s essential in order to keep a kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

We would like to wish all our customers old and new a belated happy new year!
This January we are staying open as usual.

A big thank you to everyone who enquired about joining our fabulous team, the waiting on positions have now been filled but we are still looking for a weekend kitchen porter.

Would you like to join our team? We are looking for full and part time waiting on staff and a kitchen porter/kitchen assistant. Must be over 16. If you are interested please drop your CV in to the restaurant.

We will now be closed on Sundays till the 17th of December, sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Went last night for a meal for my wedding anniversary with my husband and in laws and it was lovely, food was amazing, prices were great and it was a lovely atmosphere �

Loved it, if your're looking for great food, this is the place for you.

We have been today in this place and it was absolutely amazing, delicious and marvellous!!!steak was perfect, calmari excellent, everything so fresh And tasty!!! My partner took duck breast - sooooo juicy and perfectly done and duck pate... i was speechless. Great service :)

Recommended by our guest house owner, Sue at Atlanta on Columbus Ravine. Our meals were excellent, Penne arribbiata with chicken and pork escalopes with roasts and veg then limoncello cheesecake and brownie with raspberry, complinents to the chef :) The staff were very attentive :) Thanks to you all for a wonderful evening.

Quick attentive service - but not invasive. Extensive gin menu, always a bonus! Cool 'chefs' hat for the kids alongside the activities sheet and crayon. My starter of mozzarella caprese was lovely and fresh and my steak was the best I have eaten for a long time. My husband and son were equally pleased with their choices!

Oh my god this place though! Loved it! From start to finish was so happy visiting here... staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Never rushed me once... I am the worst person ever for taking forever to order something off the menu. The food was amazing! I had a penne pasta with pomodoro, spinach and goats cheese sauce... it was lush! My partner had a pepperoni pizza which he said was nice too. The decor in this place is beautiful... lovelty lay out not too close to the other diners and had beautiful chandeliers and mirrors around the rooms. Will definately visit again when visiting Scarborough ... 5 star!!

My best friend and I dined here tonight. Such a beautiful atmosphere as always, relaxed, great lighting, soft background music, wonderful staff who are very efficient, approachable, friendly and a quick service but we never felt rushed and were made to feel very welcome. Food was gorgeous, wow that chocolate and raspberry brownie is perfect! thank you for a great evening! X
