So happy to have found this delightful place! A really busy Sunday afternoon however our family of five were found a table on the balcony overlooking Bath - perfect for us Australian tourists! Sam (?) Our server was absolutely lovely and provided outstanding service. All our meals were delicious and plentiful! Thanks for adding to our Bath experience!

Lovely place .. good atmosphere.. a little noisy with the trains .. and for the people that smoke .. think there should be a area in the corner for them ..

Just popped in for a drink yesterday Sunday afternoon. So unusual and interesting to look over the station platform. We then sat on the veranda looking out over Bath; great spot. It was only a fleeting visit to Bath but if we come back we will definitely book a table in the restaurant which (despite being relatively empty at the time) had a good atmosphere. Microbrewery too!

Great place to meet, eat and greet, excellent traditional menu try the belly pork with home made gravy, exceptional, great range of steaks, freshly prepared vegetables and as you would expect an excellent selection of beers and wine, Bath is enriched to have such eateries, also children friendly .

Great food, friendly service, excellent wines and beers to choose from - highly recommended

Friendly staff, catered well for our needs and our young children and fabulous views for train enthusiasts whilst you dine!

Fantastic place! Been here twice in the last month, once with a large group of friends, last night on a date night �. So easy to get to as right by the train station. Food was the best as always (was only a burger and fish and chips but so, so good!!) Staff are all lovely, so attentive and chatty. Great atmosphere, everything set out nicely. My ONLY complaint last night was after having had nibbles AND a starter, our mains came out within 5/10 minutes of finishing, which was far too quick. I did mention it to the lady serving us and she was apologetic. That was the end of the evening for us as felt very full up having had no break! But just wanted to mention as this hasn't happened before. Will be back very soon � xxx

Excellent fish and chips, very helpful and attentive staff. Tasteful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go again, next time I'm in Bath.

Brilliant food and lovely friendly staff I had steak and triple cooked chips the steak was slightly tough but cooked to perfection the triple cooked chips were ok I've had better my partner had herb crusted lamb which he couldn't stop complimenting we did order a side of onion rings they were huge they would have been amazing if they wernt dripping in oil as the batter tasted so good! Also had ribs to start which were also lovely and tender all in all really glad we stopped in there will definitely be going back and have recommended to friends!!

Absolutely amazing me and my 10 work colleagues had our Christmas Meal here last night and it was worth every penny, great menu choice, lovely atmosphere and the waitress was fab! Everything ran perfect. Will be returning next year for sure A++++

Went last night for a family dinner. Food was really good & though not a huge selection there was something for everyone in our group. Our waitress was really lovely and even though they were very busy the only delay was on our drinks.

Good value and the wine selection was really good. Very noisy but nice atmosphere.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had the fish and chips which had a wonderful tartar sauce however the curry sauce was very runny. Lovely spot next to the station. On the whole a great place and would happily go back.

Spur of the moment decision, initially went for a few drinks but was tempted with menu. Ordered a roast beef and a Bream both were very good, service was excellent.

Lunch with my wife yesterday, I must say food was excellent, staff very friendly, can honestly say we’ll be going again 👍

Went there last night for a meal with friends, ribs was lovely however my partner and friends steak was full of fat and gristle so paid almost £50 for 2 steaks and only half of it was edible, when we approached the waitress she didn't really care or apologise just shrugged her shoulders. Service wasn't particularly great. Lovely place, willing to go back again.

Nice place on a sunny day to have a drink. Issue is when you want food and it is busy. Service is slow waited for 20mjns just to order and then 30mins for food

Went with a large party of people and was asked to order weeks in advance. When we got there, they didn’t have what I’d ordered. Chose the lamb shank but it was very rare so had to send it back. Was ok once cooked but the potatoes were hard. Desert was ok but 3 people £100 (not including drinks) was really not worth it.

For a large glass of wine as I didn't want any food because it would ruin the meal. The waitor came back with barely a small glass apologised and felt highly embarrest as that was all he was allowed to give us. Instead of the manager dealing with the situation she sent someone who couldn't authorise a size of drink. Very very poor management skills. Once my new steak had arrived it was cooked medium well (over cooked for what I like or had asked) and at this point I was extremely hungry so I had what u could and my partner ate the rest. Once I asked for the bill a man opposite started to crush down and grind and roll a weed filled splif to which the manager didn't notice clearing our plates at the same time. I went in and paid and informed them of the matter to which she confronted the man and let him leave his stuff in the bar, go down and smoke his splif. Highly unprofessional! It is illegal to have it there at all. All in all a huge disappointment which could have been made better by simple alterations. The young waiter Callum who was made to deal with our complaints did fantastic and was very apologetic, it should not have been his mistake to deal with as he has just come on shift and wasn't a manager.

Second time visiting Graze, disappointed with the service, there was 10 of us, arrived but no one to greet us had to go to bar, hung around for a few minutes then finally shown to our table, left alone for a good 15 mins before anyone came over to take our drinks order, had to call them over to take our food order, we would have like to have ordered some nibbles but decided to go straight into starters and Mains order as we had waited ages already, food was of a good standard, but overall our experience lacked that personal touch,and we spent nearly £500 pounds which they were very quick to take off us when we asked for the bill,

Had a few drinks, lovely location but ordered a bowl of chips, reminded them after about 45 mins to then wait another 20odd minutes then cancelled as leaving poor service as it wasn't busy and kitchen staff just stood still taking so doesn't explain situation 🙁

Disappointing. Expensive for the quality and quantity. Unopened boxes of napkins left placed on the bar, made it look scruffy. Bar staff stood chatting and one staff member eating a bowl of soup, which should have taken away from customer view. We had to ask someone for the bill as they took so long. Wouldn't return.

4 of us went here for an evening meal, service was good 3 meals were reasonable but my fillet steak wasn't cooked through. Had asked for a medium to well done. It came rare !!!

No food before 12:00. No Gem ale. Bath as busy as ever with rugby and Christmas market. Many friends left to go elsewhere.

Drinks were ok and food was nice though we ordered the Somerset Brie sharer for £12 and discovered part way through it was actually just a President Camembert you can buy at Sainsbury's for £1.50 ! Told the waiter i wasn't too pleased and he looked a. It embarrassed, took our plates and walked away. I thought he was going to come back and explain the situation and perhaps offer compensation of some sort but we never saw him again. We had to catch a train so couldn't hang around any longer for him to reappear. Lovely setting but I'd just check what you've ordered it actually what you get served !

Came for a nice meal with friends, food was good, however where we were sat outside enjoying the sun, was used as a playground for people who didnt want to control their children. We complained to staff at the time who said they have no real control over patrons and would not ask the parents to be responsible and control their children... hence our meal was ruined by 8 screaming children running riot and pushing us out of the way...!

However i am sure two (very relaxed) parents would have a very different review... probably wont bother coming back..
