After a gruelling week of fitting a new frying range, we are back open right now frying for lunch and tea time tonight.
We hope to see you today for your friday fix of Fish and Chips!

Fitting this new frying range and removing our old one has been one huge challenge from start to finish but it is looking great and our fish and chips will be consistently better so it is worth the hard work!!

We've had a few set backs in fitting the new frying range unfortunately but we should be back open for Friday lunch and tea time.
It's been a nightmare of a week and an experience getting this done - but it will be so worth it in the end!

We love the fish and chips, not greasy like some places, the tartar sauce is delicious.

We had some beautiful fish bites with lemon mayo dip and tartare sauce dip...highly recommend this place...will definitely be paying another visit here...Thankyou x

Tried this chippy on Sunday for the first time in about 35 years. All is good and we'll not leave it so long to visit again.

This is the best fish and chips in town, the spam fritters are amazing the peas are out of this world

Just been to Hanover Road fish & chip shop. Best fish & chips I have had in Scarborough for over a year keep up the good work. Taste fantastic. 5***** all the way.

Just been to Hanover Road and got chips, haddock, Sausage & curry sauce and it was mind blowing good.

The chips were great the batter on the sausage & fish was crispy and curry sauce had some zing. Will be going again soon!!

Just been has i have several times got too be the best in Scarborough.lady frying the fish great job and great customer service from the young girl serving ���� .

I won a £10 voucher so tonight my son & I had fish, chips & mushy peas and sausage & chips....both of us really enjoyed them. The fish was exceptional..so fresh & light we will definitely be coming back! So if you haven`t tried them from here yet do so ..you will not be disappointed! Thankyou :)

First time yesterday I got Hanover special cod & chips and was fantastic must say the fish is the best I have had from a fish shop melted in your mouth not tough like most sell round here will be back thanks. X

Definitely top dog for fish and chips in scarborough. Used to love seamer fisheries but they seem to have gone down hill. Saw Hannover Road were posting on facebook beautiful photographs of fish and chips and I thought why not. Got 2 Hannover Specials and they were beautiful. Fish and chips are my favourite food of all time and I was not disappointed! Yum yum!

Best fish chips & mushy peas ever!! And that's saying something cos im very fussy about fish chips & the mushy peas. The 2 lads serving are very friendly and helpful. Good job I don't live in Scarborough or wud be going here everyday!!!

Best fish and chips in Scarborough. The fish goujons are amazing and the chips have a lovely, fluffy bite and crisp edges.

Absolutely gorgeous pigs in blankets. Chips were so creamy & crispy, will definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely gorgeous once again. Been here on several occasions to have tea and each and every time the fish is exceptional, very fresh. Only the one disappointment and that was NO PICKED ONION RINGS !!!!! these are delicious people you really need to give these a go
