We had lunch here today with our two youngest sons. We were shown to our table by Max who immediately engaged the boys by chatting to them and really listening to what they were telling him (namely that their big brother is called Max too)! We all had lovely meals, served quickly despite it being busy. But the waiter Max really made our visit, despite being really busy he took a few moments each time one of our sons spoke to him and made their visit extra special. Huge thanks to him! We will definitely be back soon.

We came in for a snack, had a starter each. Staff was very friendly and polite. They did mess up one of our starters but were very apologetic and made another straight away, and gave us our money back on it. Will definitely be coming here again �

Thank you to all the Team at Harvester this morning especially Courtney, you were all lovely and served us a delicious cooked breakfast. Fantastic service and Layla-Rose loved learning all about Courtney chickens and Courtney did a fab job playing with Layla-Rose while we finished eating.

To top of our morning Courtney came to us, to say for Easter you were carrying out a Random act of kindness and had picked us as we are such a lovely family and we had been great!

Service was excellent. We where told when we where seated that 3 big tables had just offered and that would be a wait for our food. No problem, our waiter and the manger both came and spoke and we revived out piping hot, freshly cooked food without any dramas and with a smile. The staff were all friendly and all walked around serving customers with a smile on there faces. Defiantly worth another visit. The manager was excellent and the team word well.

Exelant Breakfast. Will be back again. Wonderfull breakfast and go for as much as you want for abt 8.00. Ask Coustomer do you want 2 of each to start off with. Handy and help yourself to Orange Juice and Apple Juice and toast and handy Toaster get you crispy Toast and help yourself to Butter and Jams for toast. Handy Reheat option on Toaster if Toast goes cold. Will be back again next month. 2 rounds got full for breakfast. Handy on M5 too from Taunton Juntions if planning going more down the Plymouth route and also food was right to temperature and could not complaine. Staff allways their for help and ask what want out nxt for breakfast on 2nd round and i was in their for 2 hours and none stopp eat. Soon as was down M5 did not need to have anything else untill evning. Good Breakfast, Handy Stopp off from M5. The Harvester Blackbrook Park Ave located on Taunton Juntion of M5 Moterway.

we enjoyed our evening, yes it was busy busy so we allowed for that, everything we ordered was enjoyable, salad bar as usual was A1, the over worked n tired staff were sincerely polite n apologetic as the wait wary little longer, but we expected that much considering they were rushed of the feet, but we all enjoyed our evening, many thanks

We had the special offer. The starters were small but tasty. The main course was up to standard although the batter on my fish was slightly under cooked. The staff were busy but friendly. Handed my bill before we finished our puddings but told to take as long as we needed. Over all good experience.

We had booked a table a certain table we always go to as it ideal as one of our group uses a wheelchair, when we arrived the table was occupied, the young lad told us they haven’t finished yet and would we m8nd waiting,we did for a while but it seems they had booked it earlier so he took us to another table, he was really good, very thoughtful and the happiest waiter we have had in a long time, food was really good, and it was 2 of our groups birthday he apologised again for the mix up and we had our drinks plus coffee and teas on the house and we had a great time. Sorry but the worst Harvester we've been to steak was overcooked(asked for medium rare) chicken dry vegetables soggy

Went in 27th may and waited hour and half after we ordered for our food was nice and did get a 20 % discount but don't think we need to go back again poor service for a place like this

We had a very disappointing evening here , a lot of meals on menu were not available had to reorder 2/3 times to get meals . We were a table of 14 as it was my sons birthday we won’t be returning here . The coffee was absolutely disgusting asked for cappuccino was more like water . I can’t understand how we booked a table at 8pm and we didn’t leave till gone 11 . The service was very bad like we had been forgotten had a long wait for food to arrive .a lot of the food was cold or Luke warm . To be honest I wouldn’t even rate this place anymore . We use to come here a lot but not anymore it has gone down hill loads

We had a large group booked in last night for a bday. How disappointing it was! There was no rotisserie chicken no burgers no batter for fish and only one selection of ribs so over half the menu wasn't available yet when booked was not told our party had to to choose a few times before we could actually get something we didn't even want! No onion bits and honey and mustard sauce on the salad bar anymore bread rolls over cooked. We come to harvester a few times a year and can honestly say it's gone down hill so much and would no longer recommend at all. Service was disappointing also was like we got forgotten and had to wait a long time for food to come. No doubt there won't be a reply to this as I see others don't. Something seriously needs to be done with management to have that much food out of stock was absolutely shocking!

Shocking unlimited breakfast was "limited to what they had leftover in the kitchen" we weren't told we would have a wait of over 30 mins for our breakfast then when it came out it was chucked in front of us with no mention or apology for the missing food items waitress didn't smile once and the manager disappeared as soon as We complained to the waitress. I ended up less food than the couple next to us

Who ordered a £4.99 breakfast (after we had ordered) and we were still charged the full price of £8.79 each (strangely they knocked the price of our kids breakfast off the bill because it was missing 1 piece of bacon but had extra sausage by mistake!) Definitely will not be back for breakfast in a hurry!!!!

Just been to harvester, as a place I thought was a good restaurant. I was extremely disappointed with my meal. I ordered a mix grill, which sausage and chicken were the only things that were hot, to the extent I had to return the meal and was not happy to wait half an hour for another one. From getting in the restaurant and sitting down with our drinks at about 7:40 we were not seated for another 25-30 minutes which we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. In a restaurant that half was closed/empty seem to puzzle me. On top of this the lettuce in the salad bar clearly was old or been out to long as was more brown that green. I used to really enjoy harvester disappointed the standards have slipped so much. The only positive was the friendly service from front of house shame the kitchen let you down. 1* rated

First asked for scampi n salad then when got plate wanted paying full price for 10 pieces of scampi on tops of that had shell in the scampi not impressed then forgot the onion rings got worse by the min
