we all loved it here,a nice little sight,everyone was really friendly and welcoming with lots to do in the surrounding areas too,we ventured out and visited the adventure farm and the puxton park which are both highly reccomendable too and only 30mins away and great value for money.my children loved every second of this holiday as did we,we had a deluxe caravan and it was spacious and clean and also came with central heating, we had a newer model so it was updated,the surrounding area of the caravan was also peaceful,would deffinately come back to sommerset, and highly recommend this site.

just got back from a long weekend fantastic mobile homes owned by the beautiful penny leyland and trevour can not thank them enough so welcoming and great break lots to do and hubby loves the fishing xxx

We have just got back from a girls weekend and cannot fault the place! Check in on Friday was a breeze and Chloe was professional yet warming! When we got to the caravan we were over the moon - firstly there was so much parking around which made everything a breeze! The caravans themselves were amazing!!! We had one of the prestige 3 room ones and it was enough space for 8 adults to be comfortable! (We weren’t expecting luxury). Little bits like the Bluetooth speakers and dishwasher were a happy bonus!!



A couple of little bits that could have been improved on - the pool times we weren’t aware that activities took place so went to swim and got told we’d only have 40 mins! And Papa Johns got our order wrong (but understand that with the restaurant closed they were probably busy)

We have just got back from a 4 night break which was really lovely. We stayed in a prestige Caravan in Chestnut walk and it was in a nice quiet area. The caravan was very modern and clean. The indoor swimming pool was one of the cleanest we have seen and the outdoor pool looked fab. The site is very pretty and well kept. My children loved the parks that were dotted around the site and the Lake with the ducks. We loved the fact that Burnham on sea was only a short walk away. We had lots of fun building sand castles on the beach. The Arcade was good fun on site too. We spent our evenings on the 2p Machines which my toddler loved. Thank you for the lovely memories. We will definitely return.

We are here at the moment and I thought I would like the time to say how lovely it is here .. site lovely and clean and all the facilities are great .

Just had a 4 night break here and wow what a fantastic place. The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed. The site was great the staff that did the entertainment where fab!!! My 2 boys loved going down on a night for games and dancing... will defo be visiting again.

Joe and his team of Fun Stars have been fabulous all week and have kept us entertained, we have loved the adult game shows the highlight of the week for us. We absolutely loved Remixed Remastered on Friday night they were fantastic and I have even contacted them for a copy of their cd however Saturday night's band Posh Buskers were awful, couldn't hear their vocals at all and they weren't interested in staff or guests telling them so. For a Saturday night (and my birthday) it was very disappointing and they near enough cleared the room. We loved the Fun Stars shows and we would rather have had one of their shows for the Saturday night, so much better. Well done to all the team across the site, activities team were fantastic and great on the high ropes, breakfast was lovely in the Mash and Barrel and generally a great site with a great team just maybe worth thinking about who you book as your outside acts as it was disappointing for our last night.

Had the best time here, fabulous caravan, beautiful beach, great food and drinks � the staff were so friendly and helpful in particular Dave Fitzpatrick who went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic holiday ��

Amazing holiday camp the staff are so helpful. First time staying in a tent and the touring staff are very helpful our electric cable was not long enough no problem they helped us out and lend us one. The facilities are very well looked after and clean no matter what time you go. My son loved the swimming pool. Usually stay in caravan at little sea site but will definitely be back here in August. Thank you Haven for a lovely break away.

Park was really nice and tidy. Entertainment team worked hard and we’re really good. Cleanliness of the arcade area and the shop in the showbar left a lot to be desired. Burnham itself is a bit of a shithole!

Just had a four night stay in Burnham. Reception staff were very friendly although something needs to be done about check in to shorten the queues. Maybe a staggered check in throughout the day would be better.

Caravan was clean and tidy glad we upgraded to ensure heating throughout otherwise we would have been froze and it was really warm weather.

Swimming pool and play area were lovely and the childrens entertainment was good in the showbar at night. Overall our experience was very positive

Positives are caravan was large (We got a 3 bed for 2 of us oddly)

great location as I asked for close to amenities due to dodgy ankle.

Pool was fab for my 4yr old although some of the water features either not turned on or not working.

Pizza shop great and loved that I could take it up to show bar.

Lovely clean grounds.

Entertainment for kids was great.

Caravans cold even in a heatwave

I really think they should have opened the outdoor pool as the weather was scorching.

Chip shop not great and seemed to not have much on the menu

Shop expensive and lacking in a lot of things (no white bread whole time I was there)

The check out is 10am but allowed to stay till 6pm however if you haven't got a car there is no where to put luggage so you either have to leave or drag suitcases etc around with you. A real shame as one last swim etc would have been lovely.



All in all an ok stay. Things could be improved though.

Its a nice Haven site, good breakfast and cheap, bingo at 6pm, will try the food in the restaurant tonight, good shop on site. All in all, well pleased. �

Great site, went there camping and found a 10 am checkout far too early when it’s not as straight forward as just hitching up a caravan. My second visit and would use that site again.

The site it's self was great, but the caravan we had was awful, it was cold and damp as there was only a fire in the living area, which when was on wasn't reaching the bedrooms so they was absolutely freezing which we only managed to stay in for one night because we barely got any sleep because we was froze, so for the rest of the stay 5 of us had to share the sofa bed and the sofas. During our stay in this freezing hell hole my neice came down with a really bad cold, (we even called reception to see if we could get a plug in heater to try warm the whole caravan up but was told they didnt know where they was!!!) and since we've been back the rest of the group of 5 have now got a bad cold. The caravan was a deluxe so I dread to think what a standard is like!! The curtains in the bedrooms were mouldy, the bottom of wall where windows were dripping onto we're mouldy, we called whilst there and all they did was took the curtains down to wash and wiped around the window, the sink in the main bedroom clearly had a leak as the the wardrobe that was on the same wall was wet at the bottom which then had the spare duvets chucked on top. Would never stay here again.

Iv been to quite a few havens and have loved every second but sadly this one is awful- I’m actually thinking of leaving early!!

Disgusted by the customer service at Burnham on Sea today. The caravan absolutely stinks of smoke and the staff here are refusing to accept there is a problem. Disappointing Haven!

Absolutely disgusted with Burnham-on-sea holiday village. A fight broke out and the security did nothing. I’ve never seen so many children screaming and crying and too scared to do anything. Kids chucked outside with parental supervision whilst they escorted them out. Still kicking off for over half an hour afterwards and no recognition to anyone. Many complaints to come!! Kids will have nightmares for weeks!!
