The fact that these guys not only treated the pain but took the time to find the origin of the problem was a "GAME CHANGER"



Having played sport all my life I have obviously picked up many injuries along the way, as you would imagine. Every time they have treated the pain and got me back playing.... sound familiar???



This time I went to Health First with an ankle injury which they treated, then they took the time to find the origin (actually in my Hip, who would have thought!!) which meant that not only was I back running, but have had no reoccurrence of the problem.



They also armed me with the knowledge and exercises to treat the root cause ongoing.



I used the phrase "game changer" earlier and in my eyes that is the perfect description.

If you have a injury, especially if they are reoccurring try them out. Trust me its worth it!!

Really friendly and professional. Really helped relive pain in my knee. Would highly recommend :)

I had been suffering from acute neck and shoulder pain for quite sometime, caused by years of being stuck at a desk on a computer. I didn’t know where to go for help/treatment but thankfully found Henry... I am now pain free and a lot less grumpy �

Henry treated me for a number of sessions when I sprained my ankle playing hockey. He conducted a thorough assessment every session to look at how the situation was progressing and changing. He did a lot of soft tissue work around my calf to ease pressure on the ligaments in my ankle to enhance healing and also gave me rehab exercises to complete between sessions.
