Well this is how I spent my Birthday,, 10 Ton of crush & Run delivered at 9am!!!, 3 hours later I shifted the lot by Hand I'm getting to old for this lol, now time for an Orange juice....

Old roof removed after cat fell through, replaced with 10mm twinwall polycarbonate panels and held down by Snappa bars, drier & brighter now, nice job 👍👍👍

Well that's the raised border wall complete, just 12ton of top soil to be removed and prep for driveway👍👍

Kitchen and utility room decorated for Christmas, the Cherry Red was a nice touch!!! 👍

Very unusual to be asked to take out a downstairs Toilet but some space was needed for a table in the kitchen plus they had another toilet downstairs, all 4 walls fully tiled so removed them, took out the radiator, took out electrics for ceiling light and extractor, removed one wall,re-plastered, repaired ceiling, New Skirting fitted, re- located radiator and a lick of paint...so they now have a kitchen diner...👍

Well where do I start!!, slight problem with the floor so off with the green ceramic tiles and New floor put down covered with vinyl, new sink and toilet fitted bath replaced with double shower and re-tiled just needs a bit of paint to finish off, nice project enjoyed doing this one 👍👍👍

Now you see it now you don't!!, window covered up and electric sockets fitted,, TV can now sit in its rightfully place...👍👍👍

Not a great design all the water runs down the roof lead line and straight down the wall staining the paintwork, extended the sill to reach the New guttering problem sorted just needs re-painting👍👍👍
