We have been here several times. Food was good and hot. Being short staffed doesn’t help but they done their best. Will definitely be going back.

Great food, I like my steak blue and it was perfectly cooked, not cold like most places. The staff were brilliant, and the play area is great for the kids

Excellent value for money and the bar man who was run off his feet was excellent and helpful. His recommendations were spot on. Thanks for making out last meal out on holiday so lovely � highly recommend this place.

Catherine's Inn has vastly improved since my last Facebook review (now deleted). I have been a regular here since Oct 2017. Food is good & fast (thank you Chef Jess). I always get great service at the till from Bridie & Paul and lovely service with a smile from Jess. �

Absolutely brilliant had my brothers 50 birthday party there fantastic and would liked to say a big thank you to Bridie she was amazing good hot food and all came out quick thank you again for making it a very special night

Lovely place but felt a bit sorry for the young barman who seemed to be the only one serving.

Our first time here only about 5 people in the pub, we ordered drinks then found a table as we wanted food. Most tables were messy not been wiped after last customer. So we ordered our food, food was nice also hot. I was in the pub trade for about 20 years and I always judge a place on the toilets, These were disgusting as was the general state of the pub.Won't be going back....

Advertising family meals for £15 and never available (8 mini burgers or chicken)false advertising.

Won't be returning to the Catherine in Bleadon terrible service waiting behind 8 other customers to be served and only one staff member taking orders for drinks and food what a joke third time now have walked out so won't be returning in a hurry

We usually come here as kids love it..

But booked a table for mothers day ment 2 be special.. it was far from that.. the roast was slammed on the plate and rock hard.. I ordered cpuple drinks at the bar. The bar man slammed down the glasses on the bar at me and was very rude and just kept banging on the bar in front off me .. was very rude..

We didn't have a very nice experience. Breakfast seemed warmed up old food �

Tables and chairs were filthy. The play area was unsafe with huge gaps in the safety nets.

Manager really needs to improve on her people skills as when mentioned the above was just told "the place is falling apart". Not really the attitude �. I tied up the nets myself and we quickly vacated and will not return.

Understaffed can’t get orders right make you feel like it’s your fault won’t be coming back shame was our go to for quick meal �

The place is revolting!! Been here for yrs but over the last 6 months it's gone from bad to worse. So dirty!! Tables rarely cleared (we always clear our own table as waiting for the staff takes far to long) tables never cleaned between customers, food over the carpet the carpet is gross!! left today after just getting drinks as i saw the kitchen when the door opened, it was horrid!! I won't eat here again. Went to the manor and as soon as we found a table the lady there cleaned it straight away!! I wouldn't even give it 1 star!!

The idea was to go for a nice lunch and a catch up. A nice lunch was an understatement!

I don't usually complain but the bar staff was very rude. And someone needs to teach their " chef" how to cook a medium steak.. took over 20 mins to cook a fresh one.. very poor will not be returning.

Terribly disappointed. Been coming here for years. Obviously just changed suppliers. Chicken tasteless and watery. Steak chewy. And worst of all now using frozen chopped Veg instead of fresh!

Second time in a row we have been dissapointed. tonight there were only 3 staff members really noisy and long wait for food :(

Ordered two mega mixed grills and a ultimate big combo. The food on the combo plate were so over cooked. Then the mixed grills came out and the steaks were full of grissel and fat. The chicken was slightly pink and the food tasted as though as it had been reheated. No one came to our table to ask how the meal was. The food is usually lovely when we have previously came but we defiantly won't be travelling again to come back anytime soon.

It’s only getting one star because you have to select one to provide a rating! Not me personally but family experienced vermin running around, to be told they were mistaken and not even offered a refund for food they understandably refused to eat! Management need serious training not just for hygiene but customer service too! They have been given an opportunity to respond private messages but failed to respond! Head office informed and even they failed to provide an apology! I don’t usually believe in publicly announcing such an event but when all other avenues have been explored there isn’t really any other option!

Had 3 lovely, thick, black pube looking hairs along side my steak. Put everyone else off of their meals who I was with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and needs to look at their food hygiene.
