Rang Ian's taxi last night to get my friend home safe to middlewich from winsford. They were incredibly helpful and taxi was there within 10 mins. 5 star service highely recommend.

Our little fairy godmother picked us up again tonight thanks for ur fab service �nice to feel safe on a night out �

One of your lovely lady drivers picked my daughter and friends up from quayside Northwich at 2.30 a.m this morning. She got out off the taxi and gave them a shout before fetching them all home to winsford. She actually waited at each drop off to make sure the girls got safely in before driving off. Thank you so much. There are some lovely friendly people about. Will highly recommend you to friends xxx

Good prices and Tina and rest of the team always help if you need it. Always use them 3 or 4 times a week if not more. Keep up good work especially answering calls in your great way.

I would like to thank the man who fetched my mum from Leftwich Green this afternoon in her wheel chair, he was exceptionally caring, thank you very much.

I personally want to thank the staff and it’s drivers for being friendly, helpful and reliable. I am registered disabled and visually impaired and have an assistance dog. My guide dog Suzie is welcomed by all your drivers which makes it so much easier and not worrying when you book a taxi.

Some of my friends in other locations have been refused or been disrespected by taxi firms. I thought I would just give some information on assistance dogs. The Equality Act 2010 brings together most existing equality legislation and replaces the Discrimination Act 1995 and updates and strengthens the law for disabled people. One of the purposes of the the Act is to ensure that people with disabilities who rely on assistance dogs can access education, employment, housing, public transports day services.



Taxi Law - It is an offence for the operator of a Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle ( PVH ) Private Car Hire ( PHC ) in Scotland to fail to or refuse to accept a booking or fare requested by or on behalf of a disabled person, or a person who wishes a disabled person to accompany them, and the reason for the failure or refusal is that the disabled person will be accompanied by their assistance dog. It is also an offence for a Hackney Carriage or PHV & PHC owner to charge more for a fare to a passenger because they are accompanied by their assistance dogs.



Drivers Exemption - Drivers of Hackney Carriages or PHV & PHCs who can produce medical evidence ( with a doctors letter ) to their local licensing authority that they have a medical condition which is aggravated by contact with dogs can be issued with is aggravated by contact with dogs can be issued with an ‘Exemption Certificate ‘, which must be displayed on the windscreen or some other prominent place in their vehicle.



For me I am pleased to say that Ians Taxis do all that they can and then more for me and Suzie. My thanks and gratitude to you all. Many thanks to Donna who picked me and Suzie up from Winsford train station on Saturday evening . What a complete star she was and a credit to your taxi firm .��

I am always getting taxis, at different times of the day, all drivers are amazing & friendly & never late. I enjoy the company of the taxi as they are always so friendly & the operator always knows who I am when they take me call. It’s nice to be remembered

Couldn’t fault Ian’s on nye, booked a taxi for half 8 and asked to swap times at short notice and it was done no problem!!

Brilliant and friendly staff, never let me down, and are all so helpful. All the staff are amazing with my son, who now knows most of the drivers by name and they all know him. Fantastic company they will never let you down xxx

Best taxi firm around. Reliable and reasonably priced. Tina the controller especially helpful and friendly. Drivers always nice and courteous and no problem taking our dog (be sure to mention when making your booking). 5* service.

Anyone else find it really strange that Tina on the phone is an anagram of the first four letters of ian taxis!!! Haha #nocoincedences

Amazing service .. saw we was stuck in northwich and sorted us out and been amazing and given us an amazing price .. babs was lovely driver with a lovely flashing jumper

never have or never will use any other taxi company, I only have to ring say me name and straight away get asked if need a cab or car (due to having 4 girlies) always on time and very very polite and are always up for a good natter 😁

Rubbish 45mins late for for pick up then told not to be late for there pick up to get there and then there late again absolute joke of a company

On behalf of my mother who had the most horrendous time with this taxi firm yesterday she phoned a taxi for three pm to take her to pick her grandson up from school she rang at nine am to arrange this and confirmed with them at twelve forty five they said yes booked in at three my mum waited at three no taxi she rang them up and girl was so horrible to her no help whatsoever saying not her fault she only just started at three my mum ended up hysterical so upset she was going to be late picking up her grandson from school! I am livid with this taxi firm very poor customer service my only recommendation is do Not ever use this taxi firm my mum and I will never ever use them again and I will tell people the same bad firm
