Many thanks once again to the wonderful- Mc Kennas bar esp Oonagh for inviting us to provide wood fired pizzas for their patrons , apologies to those who had to wait but I hope we managed to ensure that everyone got their required order, we prepare and cook ALL orders individually to ensure our pizzas taste exactly as they should , and we appreciate your patience.

What a hectic day - we started off in the glorious Gortin Glens ,then off to Toome for a family event , and all the way to Scotstown for a wedding after party - pizzas in three counties 🍕🍕🍕, and delighted to get great reviews from lots of very contented guests. Many thanks to you all for the continued support for small businesses who provide that customised bespoke service which is not so common nowadays unfortunately.

Just some forward planing - our next pop up at Gallaghers , Carrickmore will be on 5 July from 5-8.30 pm. As usual , we will be accepting text orders but you are more than welcome to drop by , and if it’s not too buzy , we can prepare and cook your pizza right there ( however , if it’s buzy , well,,,,that’s another situation )!!

Hi all. Just a reminder to all you fresh sour dough wood fired pizza lovers ,,, we will be serving delicious 12” pizzas at the lough centre , Loughmacrory this FRIDAY evening from 5 pm - 8.30 pm , text orders welcome but please feel free to drop by and if it’s no too buzy, we can cook your pizza while you wait ( if you can bear to hold on for 2 minutes)!!!! Yes, cook in less than 2 minutes!! BECAUSE , we cook in a proper wood fired oven fired with local kiln dried hardwoods at temperatures of 380°-400° centigrade , which makes our pizzas truly unique , ask anyone who’s had them !! Really forward cooking at this fantastic venue.

Due to popular demand and loads of enquiries about the fresh basil Pesto we use , it’s from Declan at Erne Larder , available in some shops but we are proud to Announce that we can retail it to you at any of our pop ups or food events. You can message me if you wish to purchase. Thanks.

Still On fire in Strabane

Thanks to all who supported us at Doyle’s Vivo last evening. Really appreciate the continued support , and the great feedback , however , a few people were disappointed and I apologise for the mistakes , we do our best to ensure all orders are ready on time as agreed , but on the odd occasion this doesn’t happen , but we are continually monitoring and updating our processes to ensure a 100% success rate . Sample menu - to save you having to choose , believe me , these combinations are very very nice especially with a cold beer or chilled wine OR both. Red wine also an option !!

Morning. Just to let you know for anyone ordering wood fired pizzas from us on Friday evening , all our pizzas are 12” fresh sour dough , I’ve included a sample menu for your perusal and we also what are described as “ normal “ toppings !!! Thank you.
